Research On The Conflict Of Resources In Multi-project Based On Complex System Theory

In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, the enterprises have to survive in a multi-project environment. In this rapidly changing market, traditional pattern of project management can't satisfy the demand of modern projects. The objective of this research is to solve the conflict of resources in multi-project based on the complex system theory.Firstly, we analyze the complex characteristic of multi-project through internal and external aspects based on the theory of complex system. Meanwhile, we discuss the model of the resources system in the multi-project based on theory of MAS, constitute the internal model, and analyze the operation mechanism of this system.Secondly, we analyze the type of conflict and its influence in multi-project environment. Apart from these, we construct the framework of resource management in multi-project environment; constitute the mathematical model based on CAS and MAS. In order to solve the problem of multi-project resource conflict, we introduce an Improved Genetic Algorithm. According to the practical problem of GA, We improve the IGA combined with the Particle Swarm Optimization and the Heuristic Algorithm.Finally, we constitute the model of the problem of multi-project resource conflict based on the case of the project of electronic government in Nantong economic and technological development zone. We have proved that the model solved the problem of conflict effectively. The results also show this model is feasible and adequate.
