In recent years,the tourism industry,with its low resource consumption,radiation-driven,comprehensive benefits and other advantageous features,the comprehensive strength of industrial development in promoting national economic growth,accelerate the regional urbanization process plays a pivotal and critical role in the tourism resources in the province,the tourism industry is a huge growth potential of the industry.Hubei Province,as a key region in the central region of the country’s economic and social development,is also a province with large tourism resources,the Hubei Provincial Government as early as the 1990s:We will promote tourism as a pillar industry of national economic and social development in Hubei Province,to achieve the goal of building a strong tourism province.Nowadays,the comprehensive strength of tourism industry development quality in Hubei Province is strong,but the gap of tourism industry development quality between cities and states in the province is widening obviously,and the overall balance and progress of tourism industry development quality in the region is still a big problem.Through scientific and effective assessment methods,we can correctly evaluate the development quality of regional tourism industry in Hubei Province,sort out the influencing factors of key indicators of tourism industry development quality,explore the spatial and temporal distribution pattern of tourism industry development quality in Hubei Province,and propose rationalized countermeasures and suggestions for the shortcomings of tourism industry development quality in different cities and states,which is conducive to the overall balance and progress of tourism industry development quality in the province and narrow the regional industry development quality gap.Quality gap.Therefore,through the combing and analysis of the literature related to the development quality of tourism industry at home and abroad,based on the research of tourism system theory,industrial structure theory,growth level theory and sustainable development theory,13 cities and states in Hubei Province are selected as the research objects of this paper according to the principle of rationality and representativeness,with a five-year plan as the time cut point,and 2010,2015 and 2020 are selected as the research nodes of this paper.Using Cite Space keyword cluster analysis and expert questionnaire review,the evaluation system of tourism industry development quality was constructed,The weight of evaluation system is determined by the method of objective assignment entropy,and the annual comprehensive index of tourism industry development quality of 13 prefectures in Hubei province is measured;combined with the gray correlation analysis method,a comprehensive analysis of the differences in the impact of specific indicators within the evaluation system on the comprehensive index of tourism industry development quality.Using Excel data statistical analysis and Arc GIS spatial visualization,we explore the spatial and temporal change characteristics of tourism industry development quality in 13 cities and states in Hubei Province;And finally,conduct SPSS system cluster analysis of the annual comprehensive index of tourism industry development quality in 13 cities and states in Hubei Province.divide tourism industry development quality types according to the system cluster analysis dendrogram,and put forward reasonable countermeasure suggestions for each type belonging to cities and states.
