Analysis On Spatial-temporal Differences Of Development Potential Of Regional Tourism Industry In Shandong

Shandong is a big economic province in our country.But the total amount of energy consumption and the total amount of main pollutant emission of Shandong are all relatively large because of it's unreasonable economic structure.It's development stamina is insufficient.Now Shandong is facing the problem of economic structure adjustment and transformation of development mode.Tourism industry is an important driving force for the adjustment of regional economic structure because of it's strong radiation and relevance.As one of the ten key industries in Shandong Province,the tourism industry is facing new opportunities and challenges in the construction of the country's first comprehensive experimental area for replacing old growth drivers with new ones.In the related research of tourism industry development,the relationship and mutual influence mechanism between the development potential of regional tourism industry and tourism resources,social economy,ecological environment etc have paid more and more attention,and become an important research field.The evaluation of tourism industry development potential plays an important role in tourism industry development and tourism policy making.This paper summarizes the existing research achievements firstly.The author defines the concept of tourism industry and its development potential scientifically,and analyzes the basic characteristics of tourism industry development potential.And then,on the basis of deeply exploring the influencing factors and mechanism of tourism industry development potential,the author constructs the evaluation index system of Shandong tourism industry development potential from two aspects: internal development potential and external support potential.Finally,the panel data of 2010,2013,2016 are selected to evaluate the tourism development potential of 17 cities in Shandong Province by using principal component TOPSIS method,comparative analysis method.The paper also discusses its space-time difference and future development trend,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the development potential of tourism industry in Shandong Province.
