In the construction of the national economy,concrete is a kind of building material with the widest use and the largest consumption in the project.In recent years,the concrete industry market has been gradually optimized,the market has been continuously concentrated,and the competition has become more and more fierce.In addition,the upstream and downstream enterprises in the concrete industry have high concentration,strong bargaining power,overcapacity,high accounts receivable,serious product homogenization and other problems have existed for a long time.In this market environment,what kind of development strategy should g concrete company formulate in order to strengthen the core competitiveness of the enterprise,stand out among many concrete enterprises and achieve sustainable development is the key problem g concrete company faces.This paper takes g concrete company as the research object.Firstly,by using PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces analysis method to analyze the macro environment and industry environment of G concrete company,it is concluded that G concrete company has the threat of slow growth,fierce market competition and fierce price competition of construction industry and ready mixed concrete industry;Secondly,through the analysis of the internal environment of G concrete company in terms of resources and capacity,it is concluded that G concrete company has positive corporate culture,high-quality customer resources,solid talent team,strong scientific and technological R & D ability,good corporate image advantages and insufficient production capacity,imperfect investment layout,high accounts receivable,tight capital chain,declining profit margin trend,reduced unilateral profitability and low market share,The disadvantage of insufficient discourse power in the industry;Finally,using SWOT analysis matrix,it is concluded that G concrete company should choose expansion development strategy and implement integration strategy.Finally,it provides guarantee measures for the strategic implementation of G concrete company from the aspects of organization guarantee,marketing guarantee,talent guarantee,financial management guarantee,scientific and technological R & D guarantee and corporate culture publicity guarantee.The research results of this paper not only provide basis and reference for G concrete company to formulate development strategy,but also provide case reference for the development of other concrete companies.
