With the continuous development of knowledge economy,the importance of knowledge has become increasingly prominent.As the carrier and creator of knowledge,knowledge workers can improve the efficiency of enterprises with their own knowledge skills and innovation ability,which determines the success or failure of enterprises.However,they also have the characteristics of high turnover rate,high management cost,low loyalty and poor job stability,which brings new challenges to enterprise managers.As the industry with the most urgent need for knowledge workers,Internet enterprises need to attract and retain knowledge workers,improve their input and innovation ability,and maximize their potential development.Managers need to pay attention to this issue,which needs to motivate them according to their needs.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the incentive ways of knowledge workers in Internet enterprises.Based on the above background,this paper firstly adopts questionnaire survey to investigate knowledge employees of 8 representative Internet enterprises in X City.It mainly investigates the need degree of knowledge employees for subjective judgment of19 motivating factors,and concludes that the top three need degree of knowledge employees in Internet enterprises for motivating factors are job promotion,salary and remuneration and interpersonal relationship.The next three were job authorization,quality of superiors and corporate culture.Then,factor analysis,difference analysis and regression analysis are used for empirical research,and the following conclusions are drawn: Through factor analysis,the main incentive needs of knowledge workers in Internet enterprises are salary and welfare,personal development,working environment and leadership level;Through the difference analysis,it is concluded that knowledge workers have different incentive needs in six aspects,such as age,marriage,education,income,post type and post level.Through regression analysis,it is found that the four kinds of incentive factors have positive effects on the incentive effect,in which the personal development factor has the greatest impact on the incentive effect,followed by the salary and welfare factor,the working environment factor,the leadership level factor.Finally,the paper puts forward the incentive suggestions for knowledge workers in Internet enterprises from five aspects: compensation and welfare,personal development,working environment,leadership level and differential incentive.Among them,the compensation and welfare incentive is to establish the broadband compensation structure and design the dynamic welfare treatment.Personal development incentive is to optimize the career development plan,improve the training system and support the realization of self-value.Working environment incentive is equipped with complete hardware facilities,create a good communication environment and optimize the development of performance indicators.Leadership level incentive is to set up people-oriented management idea and perfect humanistic care system;Differential incentive is designed from the perspective of different personal background information.
