| With the transformation of China’s economic development from high-speed growth to high-quality growth,major changes are taking place in the domestic industrial structure.Coupled with the subversion of traditional industries by digital technology,our country’s logistics industry is undergoing fundamental changes.As the infrastructure and key node of the logistics industry,the logistics industrial park plays an important role in the development of the logistics industry.In recent years,the development of my country’s logistics industrial parks has achieved remarkable results,but there are still common problems such as unclear functional positioning,single business type,and weak profitability,which seriously restrict the development of logistics industrial parks.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize the operation mode of the logistics industrial park and enhance its competitiveness and profitability for the logistics industrial park.This paper takes CH Zhongyuan Intelligent Logistics Industrial Park as a research case.We discuss the problems existing in the traditional business model of CH Zhongyuan Intelligent Logistics Industrial Park.And using SWOT method to analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of CH Zhongyuan Intelligent Logistics Industrial Park.Then,we use the value chain theory to propose a path to optimize the operation mode of the logistics industrial park from the aspects of customer positioning,product planning,profit model and competitiveness to improve the comprehensive service level of the logistics industrial park,and then enhance the competitiveness and profitability.This paper finds that:(1)CH Zhongyuan Intelligent Logistics Industrial Park has some problems,which are embodied in: in terms of customer positioning,there are problems such as unclear business goals and misplaced customer positioning;in terms of product planning,there are problems such as single product model and lack of initiative in business innovation;In terms of profit model,there are problems such as single profit model,low profit margin,and poor profit stability;in terms of competitiveness,there are problems such as intensified homogeneous competition and the need to improve service quality.(2)CH Zhongyuan Intelligent Logistics Industrial Park has advantages such as offline logistics service network and comprehensive solution capabilities,and disadvantages such as large investment scale,high capital pressure,and lack of professional management talents.Externally,it faces strong policy support and strong market demand,etc.At the same time,it is also faced with threats such as the economic development situation entering a new normal and the increasingly fierce competition in the logistics market.(3)We use the value chain theory to optimize the operation mode of CH Zhongyuan Intelligent Logistics Industrial Park from the aspects of customer positioning,product planning,profit model and competitiveness.In terms of customer positioning,expand customer types,and extend the customers of the logistics industrial park to logistics enterprises such as inter-provincial trunk lines and intra-provincial trunk lines;in product planning,optimize product planning according to customer needs,from basic,operational and value-added categories.and other product categories to optimize;in terms of profit model,the profit model is designed based on the platform perspective,including the income of basic products,operating products,value-added products,etc.;in terms of competitiveness,by building platform-based service capabilities,intelligent Service capabilities and standardized service capabilities form differentiated competitiveness.This paper analyzes in detail the path of optimizing the operation mode of the logistics industrial park by using the industry chain theory.The optimized operation mode brings differentiated competitive advantages to CH Zhongyuan Intelligent Logistics Industrial Park.It provides a reference for other traditional logistics industrial parks to change their business models. |
