| With the deep integration of digital economy and real economy,"digital changes" are taking place in areas such as consumption,circulation,and production.Digital transformation will become the inevitable trend of high-quality development in all walks of life.The logistics industry is an important industry supporting the development of the national economy,but the problems of unbalanced,insufficient and uncoordinated development of the logistics industry are still prominent.The current situation of large but not strong logistics operation scale and quality needs to be changed.There is still a certain gap between the existing logistics service system and the people’s growing demand for digital,intelligent and professional logistics.In this context,seizing the opportunity of digital development and cultivating new momentum of digital economy is the key to the transformation and upgrading of China’s logistics industry,reducing cost and increasing efficiency and seeking high-quality development.Then,as a "sharp weapon" for the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,the digital economy can promote the high-quality development of the logistics industry? What mechanism does the digital economy use to empower the high-quality development of the logistics industry? With different levels of marketization,are there significant differences in the impact of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the logistics industry? This thesis aims to discuss the above-mentioned issues,in order to provide useful policy enlightenment for the construction of modern logistics system.Firstly,by combing the literature on the digital economy and the high-quality development of logistics industry,this thesis summarizes the status quo,the existing difficulties and causes of the digital economy and the high-quality development of logistics industry,and the corresponding evaluation indicators and methods.Then apply digital economy related theories and creative destruction theory to explain the direct mechanism of digital economy empowering the high-quality development of the logistics industry,the intermediary mechanism of technological innovation,and the regulatory mechanism of marketization,and puts forward three research hypotheses to lay a theoretical foundation for the later empirical test.Secondly,based on provincial panel data from 2013 to 2019,the entropy method is used to measure the development level of the digital economy and the high-quality development level of the logistics industry,and analyze it from the provincial level,the three major regional levels,and the overall national level.In the empirical analysis,by constructing a panel fixed effect model,the digital economy’s empowering effect on the high-quality development of the logistics industry is analyzed,as well as the regional heterogeneity in the eastern,central and western regions.In order to improve the validity and reliability of the estimation results,the digital economy level is lagging for a period and the number of fixed telephones per 10000 people in each province in 1984 are taken as the instrumental variables for the development level of the digital economy.Then use the two-stage least square method and the two-stage system generalized moment estimation to discuss the endogeneity problem.And by changing the method of measuring the development level of the digital economy and changing the method of sample interval,the robustness test is carried out.Thirdly,in order to further reveal the impact mechanism of digital economy on the high-quality development of logistics industry,this thesis constructs an intermediary effect model to explore the intermediary effect of technological innovation in the high-quality development of logistics industry empowered by digital economy.Finally,taking the degree of marketization as the threshold variable,this thesis constructs a threshold regression model to analyze whether digital economy has significant differences in promoting the high-quality development of logistics industry under different degrees of marketization.Through variable evaluation and relevant empirical analysis,the impact of digital economy on the high-quality development of logistics industry and its impact mechanism are verified in multiple dimensions.This thesis draws five conclusions: first,the overall highquality development level of China’s logistics industry is not high,and the development imbalance and uncoordinated problems among regions are prominent;Second,the development momentum of China’s digital economy is relatively strong,but the regional gap is obvious;Third,digital economy has a significant role in promoting the high-quality development of logistics industry,and there is regional heterogeneity,that is,it has the greatest effect on the eastern part,followed by the central part,and the western part is the smallest;Fourth,technological innovation plays an intermediary role in the impact of digital economy on the high-quality development of logistics industry;Fifthly,the higher the degree of marketization,the stronger the impact of digital economy on the high-quality development of logistics industry,that is,the degree of marketization plays a threshold role.Based on this,this thesis puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:(1)Enhance the connectivity of regional logistics industry and promote the balanced development of logistics industry.(2)Optimize the development pattern of digital economy and narrow the digital divide between regions.(3)Cultivate new momentum for digital economy according to local conditions,and give full play to policy advantages to promote the high-quality development of logistics industry.(4)Based on the intermediary channels of technological innovation,fully release the spillover effects of digital technology.(5)Rely on digital economy to stimulate the vitality of the factor market and empower the high-quality development of logistics industry. |
