Research On Coordination Of Guangxi’s Logistics Industry And High-Quality Development Of Economy Under The Background Of Digtial Economy

Logistics connects production and consumption,communicates producers and consumers,supports economic development,and at the same time generates a large number of logistics needs in economic development,forcing logistics to improve the level of service economic development,and logistics and economic development promote and complement each other.Under the background of digital economy,Guangxi’s logistics industry and digital industries dominated by information technology continue to integrate and develop,accelerating the digital transformation of the logistics industry,improving logistics operation efficiency,and reducing social logistics costs.The digital economy will produce social changes through industrial digitalization and digital industrialization and promote high-quality economic development.Based on the interaction between logistics and economy,this paper further studies the coordination between logistics industry and high-quality economic development in Guangxi under the background of digital economy.This paper constructs an evaluation index system for the development of Guangxi’s logistics industry under the background of digital economy from the four aspects of logistics infrastructure,logistics demand,logistics supply and logistics digitalization,constructs an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of Guangxi’s economy from the five dimensions of the new development concept,uses the panel entropy method to measure the logistics industry and the high-quality economic development level of Guangxi cities,studies the logistics development,highquality economic development,and the level of high-quality coordinated development of logistics and economy in Guangxi cities,and compares and analyzes Guangxi,Guizhou,and The logistics and high-quality economy of the three provinces of Yunnan and the coordinated development level of the two,and the empirical evidence of the Grainger causality test empirically test the digital economy background,and the logistics and economic high quality of Guangxi cities are the reasons for the mutual superiority of Granger.Finally,with the help of the fixed-effect panel model,the influencing factors affecting the coordination level of logistics and high-quality economic development in Guangxi are empirically analyzed.Through empirical analysis,this paper concludes that the development level of logistics,high-quality economic development and high-quality coordination between logistics and economy in Guangxi as a whole and Guangxi cities have increased year by year from 2011 to 2020.Among them,Nanning,as the capital of Guangxi,has opened a gap with other cities in all aspects of development level,Liuzhou and Guilin due to their own development foundation,the development level is second only to Nanning,while Yulin’s performance is more eye-catching,there is a trend to catch up with Guilin,although the coordinated development level of logistics and economic quality in other cities has improved year by year,but the degree of improvement is not high,and it is still at a relatively low level of coordinated development.In the analysis of the influencing factors of Guangxi’s logistics and high-quality coordinated economic development,urbanization,manufacturing scale,financial development level,opening up and scientific and technological innovation play a significant role,but the human capital factor is not significant,indicating that Guangxi’s human capital level is low,and the overall education level is still relatively backward.Therefore,in the process of promoting and improving the level of high-quality coordinated development of logistics and economy,Guangxi also needs to continue to promote urbanization,expand the scale of manufacturing development,improve the level of financial services,continue to expand opening up,improve the level of scientific and technological innovation,and finally tap the potential of human capital and enhance human capital.
