Study On Rural Centralized Old-Age Care In The Era Of Rural Revitalization

Now China’s population has shown an obvious aging trend,followed by the pension security problem especially the rural pension security problem becoming more and more prominent.Their own savings or family supply is the elderly’s main source of pension in rural areas in China,now the rural family structure presented the characteristics of growing the core,at the same time,various pension institutions,such as social endowment insurance is not able to fully meet the demand of endowment in rural areas,the rural pension problems are becoming more and more serious now.Therefore,how to establish a perfect rural pension system,not only to meet the life needs of the elderly in rural areas,but also to reduce the burden of social pension,this is a very important topic.This article through to lead X town of Yanshan county to focus and endowment of the elderly living conditions of the investigation of the status quo of the endowment institutions,analyzes the current situation of X town in concentrated endowment of the elderly,and the concentrated pension institutions from the infrastructure,service content,the condition of capital operation,management status,the present status of nursing staff in X town concentrated endowment institutions related cases are introduced,Then it analyzes the dilemma faced by X town of Yanshan county.In the study,it is found that there are some problems in X town,such as poor economic foundation for the elderly,poor conditions for the elderly,backward concept of the elderly,and low level of social security for the elderly.Based on rural revitalization of the background,based on maslow’s hierarchy of needs,welfare pluralism theory,new public management theory,Marx,Lenin and old-age security thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics theory as the instruction,on the basis of fully successful mode at home and abroad for reference,on the current rural focus makes a deep exploration on the construction of pension system.In view of the current X town focus on the plight of the pension,this article from the traditional endowment ideas and thoughts,perfect rural pension laws and regulations,to vigorously develop the rural economy and solid foundation,strengthening government support and guidance and perfect rural old-age service security system,introduce market mechanisms,and improve the rural old-age service level and so on several levels.Corresponding countermeasures and plans are designed for the future development of X town’s centralized endowment.Under the background of accelerating the process of an ageing society,coupled with the traditional pension model can’t play a role,in the rural areas of developing centralized pension mode in China,the attention of the government’s policy support and guide,in rural areas to vigorously promote the concentration of pension mode,this is an important measure to promote the development of China’s endowment enterprise in rural areas,which can effectively alleviate the pressure of the rural pension,to better cope with the problems of an aging rural society.
