Study On The Development Of Rural Complex In Yanling County Jianye Green Base

Pastoral complex is a new mode of modern agricultural development,an important measure to promote the "integration of three industries" in rural areas of China,and a new way to solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".At the same time,it can also promote the coordinated development of urban and rural integration in China.This topic selection in Yanling just green base rural complex,for example,focuses on Yanling and thus the development of green base rural complex problems,through on-the-spot investigation reveals Yanling just green base of problems existing in the rural complex project and the main cause of the problem,combined with excellent examples for reference and analysis,the author puts forward some countermeasures for development problem.The main purpose of this study is to explore a development path that responds to the national call and promotes rural revitalization by analyzing the development mode and characteristics of rural complex in Yanling County jianye Green Base,and provide help and guidance for the development of other rural complex projects in China by means of case studies and field investigations.In the process of enriching the development mode of green base and rural complex of Yanling County,it will promote the realization of high-quality development of agriculture and countryside in Yanling County.The focus of this project is to explore the unique "1+1+N" development mode of the green base rural complex project in Yanling County by analyzing the development status of the green base in Yanling County and by virtue of the good natural environment,rich historical and cultural resources and the development conditions of the characteristic planting industry.However,the rapid development of rural complex project of Jianye Green Base in Yanling County also exposes many problems that need to be solved.A series of outstanding problems,such as low brand effectiveness and lack of certain competitiveness,lack of professionals in "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",relatively backward government supporting policies,lack of financial guarantee for enterprise operation,and imperfect agricultural industry chain system,further hinder the future development of Yanling County green Construction Base.Based on the author’s visit and field research,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of Yanling County Construction industry Green Base.First,attach importance to improving brand effectiveness;Second,improve the talent introduction mechanism;Third,improve government safeguard measures;Fourth,innovate financing development mode;Fifth,we will extend the agricultural industrial chain.Through field investigation and case analysis,combined with excellent experience at home and abroad and relevant research results,the author proposes a development path that conforms to the regional characteristics of rural complex in Yanling County,and summarizes the development mode of "1+1+N" rural complex with unique construction characteristics.
