Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Hunan Pastoral Complex Development

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers"is a fundamental issue concerning the national economy and the people's livelihood.It requires the whole party to take the issue of solving the "three rural issues"as the top priority of its work and promote the strategy of rural revitalization.Under the background of rural revitalization,innovative development of the new rural economic development model has become a powerful magic weapon to solve the rural development dilemma,and the rural complex has adapted to this need.The rural areas in Hunan are widespread,the rural poor population is large,and the overall level of peasant income is low.The issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is a gap in the face of the goal of building a well-off society in Hunan.The construction of the rural complex can cultivate new kinetic energy for agricultural and rural development and accelerate the pace of Hunan's strong agricultural province.Therefore,strategically proposing the development strategy of Hunan pastoral complex can not only further improve the rural complex model,but also help Hunan achieve the goal of building poverty alleviation and ultimately achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.This paper comprehensively analyzes the development of Hunan pastoral complex by using inductive method,field research method,comparative research method and case analysis method,and uses SWOT strategy research method to deeply analyze the development strategy of Hunan pastoral complex.In view of the shortcomings and problems of the development of Hunan pastoral complex,and drawing on the development experience at home and abroad,the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the pastoral complex in Hunan are proposed.The full text is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is to describe the significance of the rural complex to the rural revitalization of China,and to clarify the urgent need for the construction of Hunan pastoral complex.The second chapter is a systematic review of the concept and development of the idyllic complex to ensure a deep understanding of the idyllic complex.The third chapter is mainly a brief description of the construction of the pilot projects of various rural complexes in Hunan,and can intuitively introduce the unique rural development model in Hunan.The fourth chapter is the SWOT analysis of the development of the pastoral complex in Hunan.Through analysis,it can clearly understand how Hunan is positioned in the development of the pastoral complex and follow the strategic policy.The fifth chapter is to use the Yucheng Shazhou pastoral complex to systematically analyze the development foundation,development model,operational mechanism and existing pro'blems of the pastoral complex.The sixth chapter is the experience of the development of rural and rural complexes at home and abroad.The seventh chapter is based on the descriptions of the previous chapters and the results of the field research to propose the development strategy of Hunan pastoral complex.Finally draw conclusions and look forward to it.
