Research On The Development Evaluation Of Pastoral Complex From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

From 2017,when the central government proposed the concept of field complex,to2021,when it proposed the 《Notice on Furthering the Pilot Work of National-level Field Complex Construction》,the Party Central Committee has been attaching great importance to the development and construction of field complexes,focusing on the overall planning of agricultural economy,agricultural ecological environment and rural development,and encouraging the joint participation of diversified subjects such as farmers,village collectives and relevant enterprises.At the same time,more emphasis has been placed on promoting the reform of the business model in the agricultural are,continuously cultivating endogenous industrial clusters in the agricultural tourism integration industry,innovating multi-functional agricultural operation system and mechanism,and improving the added value of agricultural products,thus accelerating the pace of comprehensive rural revitalization.However,in recent years,a series of problems such as uneven distribution of benefits,homogenization of products,blind construction,and lack of social responsibility of enterprise subjects have generally emerged in the development of field and garden complexes,which seriously hinder the sustainable development of field and garden complexes,and the contradiction and conflict among multiple interest subjects are the root causes of the problems.Therefore,it is especially important to carry out research on the evaluation of the sustainable development of field and garden complexes from the perspective of stakeholders.This thesis evaluates and analyzes the sustainable development of Yanling Jianye Green Base from the perspective of stakeholders,taking it as a research vehicle.Firstly,the core stakeholders of the field and garden complex are identified and extracted by using literature research method,expert rating method and interview method,and four major stakeholders are selected,namely,recreational subjects,related enterprises,local residents and local government,and the interest demands,conflicts and characteristics of each stakeholder are sorted out.Secondly,based on the analysis of stakeholders’ demands and experts’ suggestions,the sustainable development evaluation index system of the field and garden complex was constructed,and the comprehensive evaluation model was used to calculate that the current sustainable development level of Yanling Jianye Green Base is at an average level.Finally,through the analysis of the empirical results,the problems in landscape aesthetics,industrial chain and development awareness are summarized,and corresponding suggestions for optimization countermeasures are given,with a view to providing reference for the sustainable development of the Yanling Jianye Green Base and other similar field and garden complexes.
