| With the revival of China’s economy and the rapid development of technology,the methods and perspectives of studying agriculture are becoming more and more diversified.In this context,agriculture is no longer a single food supply agriculture,but an agriculture with multiple functions,and the added value is more and more obvious compared with the original food supply value.China is a large agricultural country.In the past,it has been in the low-level development state of traditional agriculture for a long time.After the reform and opening up,under the institutionalization of planned economy,China’s agricultural technology has changed with each passing day,farmers’ income has gradually risen,and has entered the vast world of modern agriculture step by step.However,many social problems have also emerged,such as the disharmony between agricultural technology development regions,the uneven recycling capacity of agricultural waste The degree of agricultural cultural development is low,the price of agricultural products is unstable,and the income between urban and rural areas is unbalanced.The negative problems brought by agricultural development are obvious,and the academic circles have also carried out research in varying degrees and depths.However,many studies usually talk about problems on the basis of problems and ignore the essence that agriculture is an organic whole.Therefore,it leads to the phenomenon of solving an old problem and creating a new problem.In addition,China’s research on agriculture still takes food supply as the main direction,ignoring the outstanding contribution of agriculture in ecology,energy,tourism,culture and urban construction,and the potential of agricultural development is insufficient.The study of multi-functional agriculture can effectively prevent environmental pollution,waste of resources,insufficient development and other side problems in the process of agricultural development,and has strong practical significance for solving the imbalance problems in the process of agricultural development.At the same time,it can also analyze the strength of various agricultural functions,explore the potential value of agriculture,clarify the development direction,and improve agricultural cognition,It is of inestimable theoretical and practical significance to deeply tap the potential of agriculture.In the first chapter,this paper explains the background,significance,concept definition,technical route and possible innovation of multifunctional agriculture research.Then,the second chapter studies the theory and literature review of multifunctional agriculture.Then,in the third chapter,the multi-functional agriculture of Dengfeng city is taken as the research object to carry out a detailed study.The reason why Dengfeng city is selected is that Henan Province is a large agricultural province.Dengfeng city is located in the center of Henan Province and has rich agricultural resources,which is highly representative.The fourth and fifth chapters focus on the evaluation system construction and empirical analysis of multi-functional agriculture.This paper applies the five principles of multi-functional agriculture evaluation and the three characteristics of multi-functional agriculture indicators to carry out the index selection and system construction,determines the multi-level indicators and their weight through Delphi scoring method and analytic hierarchy process,and constructs the evaluation model of multi-functional agriculture development level by using principal component scoring method and rank sum ratio method,Through a large number of literature review and visits to the countryside,complete original data are collected,and the results of model analysis are obtained through calculation.According to the conclusion,the sixth chapter evaluates and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of multifunctional agriculture in Dengfeng City.This paper creatively applies the double model for combinatorial analysis,and uses the rank sum ratio to avoid the lack of information caused by the dimensionality reduction of the principal component method,and also makes up for the unclear evaluation results caused by the fuzzy meaning of the principal component method.Through the research,it is found that Dengfeng has solid afforestation work,good ecological construction,stable supply of agricultural products,and relatively good urban construction and tourism.However,the utilization of agricultural wastes such as straw in Dengfeng city is too rough,which has a negative impact on ecology and energy utilization.At the same time,the development of cultural tourism projects is uneven,resulting in the failure of rural tourism to play its potential role.Combined with Dengfeng’s own situation,the paper finally comes to the conclusion that Dengfeng has better tourism function and ecological function,general food function and urban construction function,and slightly weaker energy function and cultural function.Then,based on the analysis of the current situation of Dengfeng City,it is found that Dengfeng City has insufficient support in agricultural financial policies,low efficiency in energy utilization,slow development of agricultural technology,insufficient support for talents and imperfect legal protection mechanism.These problems have accumulated,resulting in the failure of energy function and cultural function of multifunctional agriculture in Dengfeng City,so that agriculture does not play its original function,so it has also caused many social phenomena,For example,straw resources that could have generated more clean energy were wasted and began to pollute the atmosphere.In areas with a long history and culture and rich agricultural culture,farmers were unemployed or forced to go out to work because of imperfect cultural development.In the last chapter,this paper puts forward five reasonable suggestions for the multi-functional agriculture of Dengfeng City.The first is suggestions on the financial environment.The policy should take into account that agriculture is a weak cycle industry,which has low return on capital investment and slow cost recovery.Therefore,social funds will escape agriculture,and agriculture will not develop without capital injection,forming a vicious circle.The government needs to inject funds to reverse this vicious circle,which can be solved by fiscal expenditure,credit policy and agricultural insurance;The second is the policy recommendations on technology promotion.It is suggested that the government should cooperate with various parties to promote the exchange of industry,University and research,focus on the development of ecological agricultural technology and energy agricultural technology in Dengfeng,and let enterprises,schools and social organizations take the initiative to be the booster of technology promotion;The third is the suggestions on Agricultural Supervision.Avoid the impact of fake and shoddy products on food safety,corruption on fair market competition,illegal emissions and ecological environment construction.At the same time,it integrates wechat,Tiktok and tieba platforms for publicity,and provides multi-channel complaint reporting channels through telephone,website and email to protect the sustainable contribution of agricultural ecological functions;The fourth is the suggestions on the function of agricultural energy.Encourage government subsidies to support enterprises to introduce technologies for recycling agricultural waste from the outside,encourage the government to help enterprises,improve enterprises’ enthusiasm for recycling agricultural waste resources,and do a good job in internal learning and promotion,so as to reverse the long-term sluggish development of agricultural energy functions;Fifth,suggestions on cultural functions.It is suggested to refer to the mode of setting up rural tourism in other regions,highlight the characteristics of low cost,slow pace,rich cultural connotation and employment absorption of rural tourism,and make continuous contributions to
