With the development of our national economy, scattered and small business can not adapt to the development of market economy, the scale management of agriculture in rural areas of our country began to rise gradually. Because of the different natural endowment, each district appeared different mode of agricultural management of scale; the mode of agricultural management of scale benefit evaluation has become the standard for a good measure of reform mode.This article is in the multifunctional agriculture under the framework of Zhejiang Province, three kinds of main mode of agricultural management of scale--a big agriculture, agricultural cooperatives, and agricultural leading enterprises evaluation. In traditional agriculture, the agricultural scale management scale proceeds mainly by agricultural economic benefits to measure, and in the multi functional perspective is the economic benefits, social benefit, environmental benefit and measure.This paper uses Stella software system thinking, will affect the agricultural scale management of various elements into a dynamic system, a mode of agricultural management of scale to evaluate the system dynamic model. Select a unit area land profits as a measure of economic efficiency, environmental value as a measure of environmental efficiency index, comprehensive social value as a measure of social income index. According to the social efficiency, economic efficiency, environmental efficiency index value, constructs a multi dimension model, in the area of the triangle as the comprehensive efficiency index.Zhejiang province through the sample survey data from input model, after running the result shows that, from the economic indicators, agricultural bibcock enterprise economic efficiency is much larger than the large farmers and cooperatives, but its efficiency is not the highest, the social efficiency and environment efficiency far below the cooperatives.
