With pursuit of the scale economy of agriculture, small and medium-scale management such as family farms, large agricultural companies and cooperatives are prevalent in our country. In traditional concept, the efficiency of large-scale agricultural operations mainly refers to economic efficiency, and the ultimate aim is to increase the economic profit and maximize the agriculture productions. During the process of pursuit economic efficiency, there are many problems in our society, for example, the energy increasing problem, the increasing of prices of agricultural products during cheap corps hurting the farmers, food safety issues and environment pollution such as soil pollution and the phenomenon of dead pigs in Huangpu River in Shanghai. More and more scholars become to realize that it is necessary to re-examine what is the efficiency of large-scale agricultural operations. The study of comprehensive efficiency of scale management of agriculture under multifunctional agriculture perspective is the results of reflection in this context. In this perspective, scale efficiency of agricultural not only refer to the efficiency of economic, but also the efficiency of socio-cultural, environment, food safety and other aspects. Scale pig farming is a common mode of operation of Jinhua in Zhejiang. Under multifunctional agriculture perspective, scale efficiency of pig industry has been given a new meaning. It refers not only to the economic efficiency of pig farming in the traditional sense, but also includes the breeding process of social, environmental efficiency.This article aims to evaluate the overall efficiency of the industrial-scale operation of Jinhua pig under the framework of multifunctional agriculture. By studying domestic and foreign business efficiency measurement methods and indicators, learning Shannon index in ecology and combining with the actual situation in the pig breeding industry, an overall efficiency evaluation index system which is suitable for industrial-scale pig farming operations is constructed. Then construct multifunctional agriculture "products" dynamic simulation by selecting pigs breeding process. Using system dynamics approach by using systems thinking software which is named STELLA, establish system dynamics model group with the pigs breeding process within it. Then select one sample of each scale of small-scale and medium-scale family farms and large-scale leading enterprises in Jinhua. and collect data run the model. Explore the optimal size of Jinhua pig industry by comparing the different sizes in economic efficiency, environmental efficiency and social efficiency performance and analysis influencing factors. The model includes eight modules, namely economic goods, prices, inputs, waste, environmental impact, food safety, balanced and indicators module.Preliminary results of running the model show that in the view of comparison of the three aspects of economic efficiency, environmental efficiency and social efficiency, small-scale family farms perform good in social and economic efficiency in the measure index system, but slightly behind in terms of environmental efficiency. And on the overall efficiency, the medium-scale family farms perform better than small and large-scale farming farms. In terms of environmental efficiency, medium-sized farms have higher efficiency. Small and medium-scale farms, especially medium-scale aquaculture farms can better balance the ecological, economic and social aspects of efficiency, so that they should be the best organization in the form of pig industry.
