Research On The Construction Of New Development Pattern From The Perspective Of Marx’s Economic Circulation Theory

The world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century.The internal driving force of China’s development is in urgent need of adjustment and upgrading,and the smooth flow of the endogenous driving force system can cope with the increasingly complex external environment,so as to realize a new development pattern in which the domestic and international economic cycles promote each other.According to China’s stage of development,the environment and conditions,the changes of the party central committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core to make the building with domestic large cycle as the main body,bi-circulating mutually promote the new development pattern of domestic and international major strategic decisions,stressed the need to highlight the development of quality problem in the position,to improve the quality and efficiency of development.Economic cycle is an important part of national economic and social development.In the past,China’s economic development mode is relatively simple,because China is the world’s largest population,too much population and the relative shortage of resources,China’s economic growth mode has not changed much at present.Under the new development pattern,unimpeded economic circulation is an important task for China’s economy to move towards a stage of high-quality development.In deepening the supply side structural reform,promote economic development in the process of high quality,we should be based on the keyword "cycle",release the industrial productivity,and exchange,distribution channels,guide consumption idea and behavior,lead to the dynamic balance of supply and demand relations,to foster new competitive power,to improve people’s livelihood by open the cycle of economic and social,To achieve high-quality economic and social development.On the basis of a large number of literature reading and a certain range of questionnaire survey,this paper conducts a research on the economic cycle theory and the construction of China’s new development pattern.The first part analyzes Marx’s theory of economic cycle and its formation and development in China.The second part clarifies the internal relations and practical requirements of the new development stage,the new development concept and the new development pattern.The third part analyzes and expounds the current situation of the national economic cycle under the new development pattern of China.The fourth part analyzes the key factors in the construction of new development pattern from the aspects of integrated high-quality development,digital economy and service industry opening to the outside world.The fifth part explores the practical path under the new development pattern from the aspects of endogenous power,core competitiveness,national economic cycle and economic environment.Finally,in the conclusion part,the development trend of the new development pattern and the key areas for further deepening research are prospected.This paper aims at sorting out and summarizing the economic cycle theory,focusing on the construction path of the new development pattern with double cycle as the main content,promoting the deepening and sublimation of socialist social development theory,and providing theoretical support for the construction of the new development pattern in the new era.In practice,to meet the basic trend of modernization and the objective needs of China’s social development,the construction path of the new development pattern is discussed,which provides beneficial practical reference for promoting the high-quality development of China’s economy.With the practice of constructing new development pattern,Marx’s economic circulation theory will increasingly show its theoretical value and practical guiding significance,which undoubtedly provides a broad space for us to further deepen Marx’s economic circulation theory research.
