Agriculture is the foundation and guarantee of social and economic development, and agricultural products are the important material basis for human survival and development,as well as one of the important raw materials for industrial production.China is in a critical period of transition from traditional agricultural production to modern agricultural operation. The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should consolidate and improve the basic rural operation system, cultivate new agricultural operation subjects and develop various forms of large-scale operation.Although the current household contract responsibility system has liberated rural labor force and promoted the development of agricultural productivity,it has exposed obvious limitations in agricultural transformation: family management and land fragmentation limit the further improvement of agricultural productivity.Land trust as a new type of agricultural management way,it can in the case of the system of household contract responsibility system unchanged, will be introduced to the farmers contracted land and agricultural modernization production system, the land hosting innovation of agricultural land use way, realized the integration of agricultural resources optimization, solved the difficult problem of "who to farm".Land trusteeship develops rapidly in China. As one of the main grain producing areas in China, the scale of land trusteeship has been equivalent to the scale of land transfer. At present, the practice of land trusteeship develops rapidly, but the research on the theory of land trusteeship lags behind. The existing research includes sorting out different modes of land trusteeship and exploring the factors of farmers’ participation in trusteeship, but there are few researches on farmers’ behavior of choosing the mode of land trusteeship. Therefore, based on the literature and theories related to land trusteeship, this paper explores the factors influencing the choice of land trusteeship mode for grain farmers in Henan province through field research. This study first visited farmers and trusteeship organizations, and summarized and compared the mainstream land trusteeship mode in Henan province in the form of cases. At present,Henan land trusteeship mainly has two modes: full trusteeship and half trusteeship. The full trusteeship mode is obviously better than the half trusteeship mode. The farmers who choose the semi-trusteeship mode are divided by whether they buy mechanical services or not,and there is obvious differentiation phenomenon: the farmers who choose the semi-trusteeship mode with high degree of mechanical services have a strong willingness to convert into full trusteeship;Low level semi-trust farmers who did not choose mechanical services were more inclined to maintain the status quo. Then,MLogistic model was used to analyze the influencing factors of farmers’ choice of different land trusteeship modes. Results show that gender, age, cultural level and political landscape of these individual factors, the level land and finely, the agricultural insurance the management factor, hosting subsidies, the village collective mobilization organizations, agricultural skills training these external interference factors, and farmers know the situation of land trust, risk these cognitive factors of peasant household land hosted mode choices have a significant impact.Based on the above research, this paper puts forward suggestions to strengthen policy support for land trusteeship, optimize the supply of land trusteeship services, strengthen support for land trusteeship organizations, focus on the development of whole-process trusteeship mode, and conduct publicity and guidance for farmers.
