Study On The Behavior And Influencing Factors Of Farmers Participating In Land Trusteeship In Jilin Province

As a new type of land management that has emerged in recent years,rural land trusteeship can not only effectively solve the problem of land transfer disputes,but also liberate the rural labor force and increase farmers' non-agricultural income.While promoting the development of moderate scale land management,it can also accelerate Agricultural modernization technology promotion.The development of land trusteeship in Jilin Province has achieved initial success,but it is still in the initial stage of development.Through the study on the behavior and influencing factors of farmers' participation in land trusteeship in Jilin Province,we can fully understand the real needs of farmers,so that the government can put forward and implement relevant policies conducive to the development of land trusteeship,further improve the government's attention,support and supervision of land trusteeship,and create a good trusteeship atmosphere for both farmers and trusteeship organizations.We should promote the long-term development of land trusteeship and lay a solid foundation for the realization of agricultural modernization and sustainable development.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and econometric analysis.First,through literature reading and knowledge accumulation,we will understand and analyze the development background and overview of rural land trusteeship in Jilin Province,and elaborate the current status of rural household participation in rural land trusteeship.On this basis,a survey questionnaire was designed to conduct field research in the eastern,central and western regions of Jilin Province.Through the collation of the questionnaire data and the analysis of the interview content,it summarizes and summarizes the current characteristics,achievements and dilemmas of farmers participating in land trusteeship in Jilin Province.By sorting out the questionnaire data and analyzing the interview contents,this paper summarizes the characteristics,achievements and difficulties of farmers' participation in land trusteeship in Jilin province.The empirical analysis of the 12 main influencing factors of farmers' participation in land trusteeship from the personal characteristics,family characteristics and external environment characteristics of farmers was made by using the statistical analysis method,SPSS analysis software,and binary logistic regression method.The results show that the rural land trusteeship in Jilin province has become a trend,but there are still many problems.For example,the comprehensive quality of farmers and trust organizations is generally not high;The trusteeship organization is unable to expand its production scale due to the shortage of funds and loan difficulties;Publicity is not in place,the lack of relevant policies and not fully implemented.The behavior of farmers' participating in land trusteeship is influenced by a variety of factors,including the age of the farmer household,the ease of non-farm employment,the number of laborers in the household,the proportion of the household's agricultural income to the total income,the area of grain cultivated land,the lack of agricultural machinery,factors such as the degree of understanding,whether there is a land trust organization in the village,and whether the price of land trusteeship is reasonable,which have a significant impact on farmers' participation.Specifically,the smaller the number of labor in the household,the lower the proportion of agricultural income in the household's total income,and the smaller the area of grain-cultivated land,the more farmers tend to choose to participate in land trusteeship;The older the farmer is,the easier the non-agricultural employment is,the less agricultural machinery is,the more understanding of land trusteeship is,the more reasonable the land trusteeship organization is in the village,and the more reasonable the price of land trusteeship is,the greater the probability of farmers participating in land trusteeship is.Therefore,in view of the current situation and influencing factors of farmers 'participation in land trust in Jilin Province,governments at all levels should improve relevant policies and regulations,establish and improve legal systems and regulatory mechanisms;actively innovate land trust forms and promote the development of trust organizations;To guide farmers to non-agricultural employment;strengthen the propaganda of land trust,deepen farmers' understanding of land trust,support and actively promote the development of rural land trust in Jilin Province.
