As the basic means of production of agriculture, land is also an important guarantee for farmers to get a sense of happiness. The production of household contract responsibility is a great achievement of the rural reform in China, emancipating the rural labor force, improving the production efficiency of the farmers and promoting the development of rural productivity, which is a major measure to solve the problem of farmers' food and clothing. But in recent years, with the development of the rural social economy and the demand for the development of modern agricultural management, the drawbacks and limitations of the household contract responsibility system have become increasingly obvious, and the original small-scale operation has restricted the further development of rural productivity. The practice has proved that the appropriate agricultural scale management is the way out for the development of agricultural modernization. At the present stage,a variety of forms of agricultural moderate scale management mode should be actively explored in rural areas to promote the development of agricultural modernization. As a new type of land management in recent years, land trusteeship is not only an innovation in the way of rural land use,but also to meet the requirements of appropriate agricultural scale management, and provide a new way for agricultural modernization. At the same time, land trusteeship is also conducive to alleviating the problem of rural land abandonment, integrating and optimizing rural land resources, ensuring the safety of cultivated land and food security.Although land trusteeship has many positive effects, the land trusteeship behavior of farmers will be influenced by different factors of themselves and the outside world, and the influence factors of farmers' participation in the land trusteeship are not deeply studied. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the behavior of land trusteeship and its influencing factors.Based on the field survey data, this paper summarizes and analyzes the theories of domestic and foreign outstanding scholars on Farmers' economic behavior, rural land trusteeship and circulation related theories, and discusses the related factors affecting farmers' participation in land trusteeship.Based on theoretical analysis,stata14.0 measurement software is used to empirically analyze the main factors that affect farmers' participation in land trusteeship on the basis of probit analysis. The results show that the sex and cultural degree of farmers, the wage income of farmers and families, the relative income of farmers and families, the per capita contracted land and whether the land trusteeship in the local village are the important factors that affect the farmers' participation in the land trusteeship.Women farmers and older farmers are more inclined to participate in land trusteeship.Among them,Party members are more likely to take part in land trusteeship because of high ideological awareness, easy acceptance of new things and deep understanding of policy understanding. The stronger the farmers' trusteeship intention is,the closer the principle of proximity is,the greater the chance for the land trustee organization to participate in trusteeship in the village. In the robustness test, the political outlook did not pass the test, indicating that the variable did not meet our expectations. In short, farmers' personal characteristics, family characteristics and external factors will.affect farmers' willingness to participate in land trusteeship and behavior. Therefore, based on this, the paper also puts forward suggestions on giving full play to government functions, raising farmers' understanding of land trusteeship and enriching the form of land trusteeship.
