Research On The Evaluation And Improvement Path Of Agricultural Informatization Development Level In Suizhou City

After the reform and opening up,the development of China’s agriculture has been very bright.Nowadays,China doesn’t need the world 7% of the cultivated land supports more than 20% of the population.China is a large agricultural country with a large population and less cultivated land per capita.The "three rural" problem is prominent,and the "three rural" problem is an important livelihood problem.Agricultural informatization has been mentioned many times in the "No.1" document of the central government.Vigorously promoting agricultural informatization can effectively solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",promote the development of agricultural economy and increase farmers’ income.As a major agricultural city in Hubei Province,the development of agricultural informatization is very important for the development of agricultural economy in Suizhou.On the basis of consulting relevant agricultural informatization literature,combined with the statistical yearbook of Suizhou City from 2016 to 2020,the rural statistical year of Hubei Province from 2016 to 2020 and the website information of Suizhou agricultural and rural Bureau,this paper analyzes the basic situation of Suizhou City,agricultural development,basic situation of farmers,agricultural informatization infrastructure,online and offline application of agricultural information platform Contribution of agricultural informatization talents to agricultural development.At the same time,using the comprehensive index analysis method of informatization,using the established evaluation index system and evaluation model of agricultural informatization level,and using the coefficient of variation method to calculate the total index of agricultural informatization level and other index indexes of Suizhou city to evaluate the development level of agricultural informatization in Suizhou city.Comprehensively analyze the contribution of the four primary index indexes of Suizhou agricultural informatization infrastructure construction,agricultural informatization resource application,agricultural informatization talents,agricultural economic foundation and agricultural informatization talents to the total index,analyze the correlation between the total index and the lower level indicators,and clearly analyze the leading factors affecting the agricultural informatization level of Suizhou in the primary and secondary indicators.The research shows that:(1)the level of agricultural informatization in Suizhou city shows an upward trend from 2016 to 2020;(2)According to the evaluation index based on the weight calculated by the coefficient of variation method,the indexes of "agricultural information resource application" and "agricultural information infrastructure" are higher in the four indexes,which are the main factors to promote the development of agricultural informatization;(3)The low indexes of "agricultural informatization talents" and "agricultural economic foundation" indicate that in the process of agricultural informatization development in Suizhou City in the past five years,the effect of agricultural informatization talents and agricultural economic infrastructure construction is not obvious,which is the main factor limiting the development of agricultural informatization in Suizhou city.It is concluded that we should focus on strengthening the construction of indicators of "agricultural informatization talents" and "agricultural economic foundation".According to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following five suggestions:(1)increase investment and deeply improve infrastructure construction;(2)Improve the development and utilization efficiency of agricultural information resources;(3)Strengthen the introduction of agricultural informatization talents and drive farmers to jointly promote the development of agricultural informatization;(4)Increase capital investment and improve the foundation of agricultural economy.
