As a product of innovation activities,patents are one of the indicators to measure the innovation ability of enterprises,and have important value and significance for the improvement of enterprise innovation efficiency.Affected by the innovation capacity building policy,enterprises continue to develop new technologies and new products,which makes patent creation more active,and the number of enterprise patent applications increases in a "blowout" style.However,compared with developed countries,although the number of patent applications in my country ranks first in the world,there are still problems such as the low quality of patent applications,the low efficiency of patent conversion,and the "patent bubble" caused by a large number of low-value patent applications.The impact of the number of applications on the innovation efficiency of firms is unclear.Therefore,in order to clarify the impact of patent creation on enterprise innovation efficiency,it is necessary to study the relationship between patent creation and enterprise innovation input-output factors,and further analyze the relationship between factors by introducing innovation capability as a constraint variable,in order to provide suggestions and opinions for improving the innovation efficiency of enterprises.Based on this,this thesis analyzes the relationship between patent creation and enterprise innovation input-output factors by constructing a three-dimensional enterprise innovation input-output model,and then further introduces innovation capability as a constraint variable to construct the enterprise innovation input-output under the constraint of four-dimensional innovation capability.Model,and empirical analysis of industrial enterprises above designated size in Jiangsu Province,to provide strategies to improve the innovation efficiency of enterprises.The details are as follows:(1)Research on the nonlinear relationship between enterprise patent creation and innovation input and output.On the basis of the two-dimensional enterprise innovation input-output model,the number of patents is introduced as an intermediate variable,and a three-dimensional enterprise innovation input-output system is constructed with the number of patents,enterprise R&D investment and new product revenue as the research objects.Under the guidance,the nonlinear dynamic behavior analysis of the system is carried out,and the feasibility of the model is empirically analyzed by using the actual statistical data of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Jiangsu Province.(2)Research on the nonlinear relationship between enterprise patent creation and innovation input-output under the constraint of innovation ability.By constructing the evaluation index of enterprise innovation ability,quantifying the strength of enterprise innovation ability,incorporating the strength of enterprise innovation ability into the enterprise innovation input-output system,constructing the enterprise innovation input-output model under the constraint of innovation ability,and simulating the power of the four-dimensional system Analysis of learning behavior.(3)Empirical research on enterprise patent creation and innovation input-output under the constraint of innovation ability.Taking the actual data of industrial enterprises above designated size in Jiangsu Province from 2011 to 2020 as a sample,on the basis of the evaluation indicators of enterprise innovation ability,the strength of innovation ability is quantified.Substitute the quantified data about the strength of innovation capability,the number of patents,R&D investment and new product revenue into the enterprise innovation input-output model under the constraint of innovation capability,and use the nonlinear least squares method to identify the parameters of the system under the actual data.The simulation simulates the dynamic behavior of the system under the identified parameters,and empirically analyzes the practical significance of the dynamic behavior.(4)Research on the improvement strategy of enterprise innovation efficiency under the constraint of innovation ability.Based on nonlinear dynamics research and empirical research,this thesis summarizes the strategies for improving the innovation efficiency of enterprises under the constraint of innovation ability.
