| With the rapid development of the market economy,the 6Sigma quality management approach is showing greater value in enterprises.In order to improve market competitiveness,enterprises need to focus on improving the quality of their products with the customer as the center.At present,C Company’s cooler products are in the leading position in the world and are in the leading position in many construction machinery industries.At the beginning of 2008,6 Sigma was introduced to manage the company’s quality,and after four years of applying 6 Sigma management,significant results have been obtained.In this paper,6 Sigma quality management is invoked after analyzing the problems generated by the cooler of Company C.In the Define phase(Define-D),the goal and scope of improvement are clearly defined.In the Measurement phase(Measure-M),MSA(Measurement Systems Analysis-MSA)of the process capability and test system was used to check.In the Analyze phase(Analyze-A),a tree diagram is used to identify the main factors influencing the quality of the cooler product according to the process sequence,and hypothesis testing and regression analysis are used to verify the key factors.In the improvement phase(Improve-I),the full-factor experiment method is applied to improve the main key factors,select the optimal combination of parameters,and use the rapid improvement method to improve the secondary key factors.In the control phase(Control-C),control charts are used to monitor the effect of the improvement.In the performance evaluation phase(Evaluation-E),the three main dimensions of organizational learning capability,financial revenue and customer satisfaction/loyalty are analyzed.Through the above definition,measurement,analysis,improvement,control and evaluation,the welding failure rate of cooler products was finally reduced from 1566 PPM to 614 PPM;the quality level was improved from 4.46 Sigma to 4.74 Sigma.customer satisfaction was improved from 74.3 to 95.3,and the project revenue was $1,556,500.The empirical results show that the introduction of Six Sigma management is effective,not only solving the dilemma of the company,not only enhancing the autonomy of the company,but also creating a good economic environment for the company,and accumulating valuable experience for the quality improvement of future engineering construction. |
