| At present,China’s rapid economic development,the competition between enterprises is also intensifying,the use of credit sales to expand market share,improve the efficiency of enterprises seems to be the choice of most enterprises.In addition to helping enterprises expand sales,credit sales also increase the creditor’s rights of enterprises,that is,the scale of accounts receivable also expands.Accounts receivable in the financial statements of the enterprise is a quick asset,its liquidity is only lower than the monetary funds,once the accounts receivable are not recovered on schedule,directly affecting the turnover of enterprise funds,It not only makes it difficult for insufficient funds to appear in the operation of enterprises,but also brings risks to the normal production and operation of enterprises.Therefore,in order to maintain the development of the enterprise and reduce the risk of enterprise capital turnover,then the management of accounts receivable has naturally become an important management content of enterprise management.First of all,through the reading of domestic and foreign literature and theory,we understand the theoretical knowledge and case analysis of accounts receivable,accounts receivable management and accounts receivable risk management.Then,the relevant systems and accounts receivable management processes of G Company G were analyzed,the relevant matters of Risk Control of Company G were studied,and the relevant financial data of Company G’s accounts receivable in the past 5 years from 2017 to 2021 were also analyzed,and the effect of accounts receivable management of Company G was not optimistic.Then analyzed what aspects of the problems exist in the management of accounts receivable of G company,mainly because the credit management of G company is not in place,and the risk control system has no significance in guiding the work,the accounts receivable is a phased management rather than dynamic management,there are defects after the reminder,etc.,after analyzing these problems,and then analyzing what causes the emergence of these problems,mainly due to the shortage of G company institutional settings,insufficient awareness of accounts receivable risk prevention,etc.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the accounts receivable management of Company G,several optimization measures are proposed,a special credit and audit management department is established,the credit and risk management related systems are improved,the accounts receivable sharing platform is established,and the accounts receivable management information is realized,rather than limited to financial software and Excel,which can not only strengthen the exchange of accounts receivable information between various departments,but also ensure that the relevant information is more accurate and time-effective.In summary,on the basis of relevant theoretical research,this paper adopts field investigation method,data analysis method and other methods to study the problems existing in the risk management of accounts receivable of Company G,and propose relevant management optimization countermeasures,so as to create a more rigorous and reasonable credit sales environment for the development of Company G,and ultimately achieve the goal of risk control.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,the awareness of all employees of G Company on the risk management of accounts receivable can be strengthened,so as to improve the effect of accounts receivable management,improve the phenomenon of serious payment pressure of the company,improve the speed of capital turnover of Company G,and make the development of Company G go to a higher level,and also hope to provide reference for other enterprises in the same industry in accounts receivable risk management. |
