| Established in 1998,SH railway company is a joint venture railway company jointly funded by China sh Energy Co.,Ltd.,Taiyuan Railway Bureau and Hebei Construction Investment Transportation Investment Co.,Ltd.in 2019,the traffic volume exceeded 315 million tons,realizing a breakthrough of per capita profit of more than one million and the company’s total net profit of more than 10 billion.The operation level and profitability of the company are first-class among domestic joint venture railways.In 2020,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China deliberated and adopted the proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on formulating the 14 th five year plan for national economic and social development and the long-term goal of 2035,which put forward new requirements for railway construction,logistics construction and energy supply side structure reform,especially the discussion on "carbon peak" and "carbon neutralization",It has brought new challenges to SH railway company,whose main business is coal transportation.It is imperative to optimize its development strategy in time to adapt to the changes of national policies.This paper mainly takes sh railway company as the research object,relying on environmental analysis theory,strategic analysis and selection theory,strategic implementation and other theories,and based on SWOT qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,carries out optimization research on the development strategy of SH Railway Company: firstly,it constructs the research and analysis framework based on strategic management theory;Secondly,from the analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise,17 advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,including location,traffic volume,safety,cost and political environment,are obtained,and the SWOT analysis method is used for qualitative analysis;Thirdly,using AHP analytic hierarchy process,17 factors are quantitatively analyzed,the evaluation matrix is constructed,the questionnaire is used to score,and the data are processed and screened to explore the impact of the above 17 factors on the development of SH railway company and the strategic effect of different combinations on how to promote its development under the background of the 14 th five year plan.The results show that:(1)in the 14 th five year plan and the long-term plan for 2035,carbon peak and carbon neutralization will have a great impact on coal transportation,which is a great threat to SH railway,which is mainly engaged in coal transportation;(2)When selecting strategic factors,the weight of different factors varies greatly.In particular,the impact of policy changes and economic environment on enterprises is more obvious than other factors;(3)In the way of development strategy optimization,enterprises need to make use of and adapt to the political environment,give play to their own advantages and improve their disadvantages;Finally,according to the research on the development strategy optimization of SH railway company,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development strategy optimization of SH Railway Company under the 14 th five year plan.Using SWOT analysis method and relevant data of SH railway company,this study constructs the qualitative and quantitative analysis model of strategic optimization of the company.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper puts forward the strategic Optimization Countermeasures for the sustainable development of SH Railway Company under the policy background of the 14 th five year plan and the long-term plan of 2035,which enriches the relevant theoretical research on the development strategy of railway enterprises,On the other hand,it provides data support and theoretical basis for promoting the sustainable development of national railway enterprises. |
