| With the development of China’s transportation strategy and urbanization,the scale of railway construction is gradually expanding,infrastructure and municipal works are gradually improved,and a large number of construction projects have emerged that intersect,run parallel or adjacent to existing lines.The construction of railway existing line includes maintenance of original line,construction of new or renovation project,and its site management involves multiple types and departments,and it needs to grasp the site information in real time.At present,the management mode of manual collection,information transmission and site monitoring is mostly adopted in the construction sites of existing lines,which leads to lagging information transmission and low management efficiency.In this context,based on the concept of "intelligent construction",the intelligent management of railway existing lines construction site is studied.In the process of site management,the Internet of things,visualization,machine learning and other technologies are used to realize automatic information collection,transmission and processing,which can effectively ensure the safety of the construction process and improve the efficiency of site management.Firstly,analyze the demand for intelligent management of existing railway lines construction site.Based on the existing literature and construction materials,the existing problems in the existing construction site were identified from six aspects:safety,personnel,materials,machinery and equipment,methods and environment.After expert review,the initial demand list is determined,and then the demand is screened and supplemented by means of a questionnaire survey,and finally the intelligent management demand of the existing railway lines construction site is determined.Secondly,the basic framework of intelligent management of existing railway lines construction site is proposed.The basic framework of intelligent management consists of three parts: main body framework,basic components and network topology.The main frame embodies the hierarchical structure of intelligent management,from bottom to top,they are data layer,network layer,platform layer,application layer and user layer;the main basic components mainly include information exchange interfaces,middleware,and storage databases,which are the basis of intelligent management;the network topology reflects the logical structure of intelligent management.Then,determine the intelligent management function of the existing railway lines construction site.According to the results of demand analysis,on the basis of the theory of construction site management and integrated management,and comprehensively using information technology means such as BIM,Internet of Things,pervasive computing and visualization technology,determine the specific functions to meet the requirements of the existing railway lines construction site,and propose the basic implementation methods.Finally,taking the construction safety monitoring as an example,the implementation process of the intelligent management function of the existing railway lines construction site is studied.Combined with the project of crude oil pipeline running down the existing line,the settlement data of the existing line in the construction process are collected by the sensors arranged in the construction site.According to the principle of relevance vector machine(RVM),the machine learning model is established,and MATLAB R2019 b is used to realize the algorithm function,process the settlement monitoring data,predict the trend of subgrade settlement and judge the safety state. |
