With the rise of national industry,urban development and the improvement of residents’ living standards,the social demand for electricity is rising.In recent years,many provinces in China are facing the shortage of power supply.At the same time,in order to achieve the goal of an environment-friendly society,the state has issued a number of policies to encourage the development of clean energy industry since the end of the last century.However,with the development of the industry towards maturity,the dependence of the photovoltaic industry on subsidies is also decreasing.The government has begun to implement the new energy subsidy retrogression mechanism,and has reduced the subsidy part of the photovoltaic on grid price for three consecutive years.At the same time,those enterprises that invest in the new energy industry are limited by various factors.In the process of rapid development,various procedural approval processes occupy a lot of time in the early stage.In order to put the project into operation on time for grid connected power generation,the time for early calculation and construction of photovoltaic power generation projects is tight,so they do not pay attention to various risk factors that affect the project income,resulting in the failure of enterprises to smoothly realize the expected income.By analyzing the risk control countermeasures and corresponding benefits of Lvliang Jiaokou 300 MW affordable photovoltaic power generation project,the paper hopes to objectively analyze the realizable benefits of the project and its influencing factors by analyzing the policy environment,technical conditions and construction conditions of the project.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the paper expounds the content of project income evaluation,introduces the method of project income evaluation,introduces the risks that affect the income of photovoltaic power generation projects on the basis of risk management theory,and analyzes how the income risks of photovoltaic power generation projects are generated from the aspects of information asymmetry.Secondly,the financial evaluation of the project is carried out by studying the natural conditions,construction scheme,power generation cost,module price and other costs of the 300 MW affordable photovoltaic power generation project in Luliang Jiaokou.Using the sensitivity analysis method,the factors affecting the project income are analyzed and identified,and the important factors affecting the project income are found.Thirdly,the income of the project is identified.In the research process,the paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to establish a pairwise comparison of the secondary risk indicators,determine the risk weight coefficient that affects the project income,and complete the consistency test to evaluate the impact of each risk indicator.Finally,according to the results of the assessment,the various risks affecting the project income are classified,and different measures to deal with the risks are formulated.Help enterprises pay attention to the importance of risks before investing in photovoltaic power generation projects,and formulate corresponding preventive measures in advance to avoid the decline of economic benefits caused by the failure to prevent risks.Based on the actual situation of the project,the paper analyzes the income of the project and the risk factors that may affect the income of the project from the aspects of natural factors,market conditions,policies,technical conditions,cost control,financing environment,etc.,and puts forward corresponding risk management and control measures according to the analysis conclusions,which provides reference risk factors for the future development of photovoltaic power generation industry,and puts forward corresponding risk management and control measures,It plays an indirect role in achieving the 30`60 goals and vigorously developing clean energy.Therefore,the research of this paper has certain research significance,and can provide corresponding theoretical reference for the income calculation and risk control of domestic photovoltaic power generation parity projects.
