Research On The Competitiveness Of Logistics Ind Ustry In Sichuan Province

As a comprehensive industry,the logistics industry has become a new growth point of the national economy in recent years.On the one hand,it can regulate and balance market supply and demand,promote the transformation and upgrading of the trade circulation industry and other industries,on the other hand,it can optimize the allocation of resources,adjust the economic structure,improve the quality of economic operation,effectively promote regional economic development,enhance regional comprehensive strength,and its importance has been recognized by various countries.The logistics industry in Sichuan Province has been comprehensively developed in recent years,the scale of its logistics industry has gradually expanded,the output value of the logistics industry has increased year by year,the freight volume and cargo turnover volume have continued to increase,the logistics infrastructure has gradually improved,the logistics channels such as railways,highways,shipping and air transport have been developed rapidly,the level of logistics information construction has increased year by year,and the industrial layout of the logistics industry has basically taken shape.However,as far as the current competitiveness level of the logistics industry is concerned,there are problems such as insufficient infrastructure coverage,uneven economic development between regions,insufficient application of logistics information technology,lack of logistics public information platform construction,and weak industrial linkage with other industries,and lack of competitive advantage.Therefore,it is very important to be able to objectively analyze the comprehensive,hard and soft competitiveness of the logistics industry,obtain factors with high contribution rate to improving the competitiveness level of the logistics industry through horizontal comparison,and propose strategies to enhance industrial competitiveness based on qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis results.This paper comprehensively analyzes the competitive advantage and development status of the logistics industry in Sichuan Province through combing the logistics formation process and the development process of the logistics industry,sorting out the relevant theories on industrial competitiveness,defining the connotation of the logistics industry,starting from the level of regional logistics industry competitiveness,through the six aspects of logistics industry development environment,infrastructure construction,logistics enterprise and market development scale,logistics technology development level,related industry support and government policy support,and draws the problems restricting the development of the logistics industry.With this as the research background,the Sichuan logistics industry competitiveness evaluation index system is constructed,taking the logistics industry scale,infrastructure construction,regional economic and trade strength,information technology support,logistics industry development speed,government support,and related industry support role of seven elements a total of 22 subdivision indicators as the standard,using the principal component analysis method to quantitatively evaluate the competitiveness of the logistics industry in Sichuan Province and 30 other provinces and cities,and the competitiveness of the logistics industry is divided into hard and soft competitiveness classification for quantitative analysis.Point out the key factors affecting the competitiveness of the logistics industry in Sichuan Province,and make targeted suggestions.
