Along with the accelerated process of economic integration, exchanges between different countries becoming more and more closely, and the cooperation and competition among countries also even more complicated than before. Since reform and opening up in 1978, China makes efforts to hence its strength, develop domestic and foreign markets, take part in international activities and events, and seek the country’s rapid economic development. Over the past 30 years (from 1978), China keeps rising national competitiveness and international status, and it has become an indispensable important force on the international stage. In November 2013, the 3rd plenary session of the eighteenth breakthrough presented a new claim about "comprehensive reform". This policy leads our country to enter a critical period, and the economic system reform is a vital part in it.In order to understand the economic situation in our country, on the basis of previous research, the paper introduced the concept of national competitiveness. Firstly, the paper used game theory to simplify the above concept, extracted key influence factors of national competitiveness; then, from the logical structure of economic competition between countries, the paper deconstructed the role of the relations between trade, investment, currency; finally, the paper put forward the national competitiveness theory system based on the three-dimensional view of "trade-investment-currency" in an innovative way.In order to make this system effectively for measuring and comparing interna-tional competitiveness, the paper further selected 6 typical indexes to represent trade competitiveness, investment competitiveness, currency competitiveness, gave the same weight to the same level index, and constituted a simple and actionable evaluation system of national competitiveness from the three-dimen-sional perspective of "trade-investment-currency".Then, according to the system, the paper evaluated the nine countries’national competitiveness from 2005 to 2014. On the basis of a lot of data, the study analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of China, compared the gap with the United States, the European powers (Germany and the UK), and Japan. The result showed that:China’s national competitiveness has continued to rise during this period. In the three aspects, China’s trade competitiveness progress quickly, and close to the US; but its investment competitiveness and currency competi-tiveness greatly gap with the US, Europe countries and Japan, and need to be further strengthened. China is advantage in proportion of international trade, the real effective exchange rate; but is disadvantage in index of terms of trade, proportion of international investment, foreign direct investment yields, and currency distribution of global foreign exchange market turnover.From the above, the paper put forward the promotion strategy. In the future, in the currency aspect, China should strengthen RMB liquidity, promote the East Asian monetary integration, and improve the efficiency of cross-border RMB set-tlement; in the investment aspect, China should strengthen foreign investment, solve the problems about China low enterprises investment yields, encourage multiple subjects to walk out, improve the rate of return on investment capital quality, vigorously promote China’s capital output expansion and quality im-provement; in the trade aspect, while maintaining the current trade competitive-ness, China should accelerate industrial restructuring and upgrading, mining trade space, accelerate the transformation of China’s industries. At the same time, China has to implement the supply side structural reform, punish fake commodity, protect intellectual property rights, improve enterprise capital mar-kets management, strengthen return to market mechanisms, and improve the quality and efficiency of supply system. In addition, China should seize "the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road" chance, promote the im-provement of national competitiveness and international status.Finally, the paper summarized the whole paper, and put forward the outlook of the follow-up deep study, for in the subsequent to make this paper perfect, and promote national competitiveness in ascension.
