Study On The Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Ginseng Industry Development In Jilin Province

"The world ginseng looks at China,and Chinese ginseng looks at Jilin." The ginseng industry in Jilin Province is in an important position in the world and at home,with advantageous elements such as cultivation and production.How to turn the scale advantage into value creation ability is one of the goals of the development of ginseng industry in Jilin Province and one of the widely explored issues.The ginseng industry is the pillar industry of the characteristic agriculture in the mountainous areas of eastern Jilin Province.It is of great and far-reaching significance to make the ginseng industry bigger and stronger,to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and to promote the comprehensive and all-round revitalization of Jilin Province.This paper focuses on the research on the factors influencing the development of ginseng industry in Jilin Province and countermeasures.The research direction and theoretical foundation are determined through literature analysis,the logical framework of analysis is determined through qualitative analysis,the current situation and problems of the development of ginseng industry in Jilin Province are analyzed,while the hierarchical analysis method is introduced to identify the weight of factors influencing the development of ginseng industry in Jilin Province.A systematic and comprehensive analysis of the current situation,problems and countermeasures was conducted in five dimensions: cultivation dimension,processing dimension,policy dimension,international trade and market environment.The analysis revealed that: firstly,the problems in the development of the ginseng industry in Jilin Province include land use problems,low standardization and organization of production,low level of deep processing,insufficient diversification of consumption channels and low consumer awareness of the product;secondly,the development of the ginseng industry in Jilin Province should take full account of the five subsystems of cultivation dimension A1,processing dimension A2,policy dimension A3,international trade A4 and market environment A5.The subsystems of production standardization and safety B12(w=0.0977),industrial innovation capacity B23(w=0.0815),regulatory policy effectiveness B32(w=0.08)and market brand effect B51(w=0.0774)should be enhanced,and after further introduction of regression analysis,it is found that ginseng cultivation area A1,the number of ginseng enterprises on the registry A2,the value of ginseng technology level A3,the number of ginseng policies A4,the scale of ginseng international trade A5,and the domestic share of ginseng sales A6 all have significant positive driving effects on the scale of ginseng industry in Jilin Province;thirdly,the countermeasure suggestions for the development of ginseng industry in Jilin Province include: firstly,to do a good job in standardizing ginseng production and standardizing industrial processes,secondly,to strengthen the support of scientific and technological innovation and enhance the level of deep processing,and thirdly,to The second is to strengthen financial support and improve industrial support policies,then to implement the strategy of strengthening ginseng by branding and innovating the product marketing system,and finally to cultivate new business entities and strengthen ginseng market construction.
