The global competition is becoming more and more fierce.If you want to be in an advantageous position in the future,you must have the ability to constantly respond to changes and innovate.In previous organizations,employees who only completed their duties could no longer help the organization to resist the uncertain risks of the external environment,while employees with initiative were more willing to think and solve problems,which attracted the attention and attention of the organization.On the other hand,in order to accelerate the pace of production a nd operation and improve the core competitiveness,enterprises need to put forward higher and higher requirements for employees.Many enterprises have implemented the end elimination system,increasing the uncertainty of the job.In this context,the enterprise employees feel the increasing work pressure.How to promote employees’ proactive behavior under pressure has become an important issue of common concern in both theoretical and practical circles.Chapter 1 describes the background of this research,and puts forward the main content,framework,methods and inno vations of subsequent research.C hapter 2 sorted out the research content of five variables,including job stress,employee proactive behavior,job remodeling and leader-member exchange,clarified their concepts,measurement methods and causes and consequences,and refined the current research directions and emphases in various fields.C hapter 3 mainly introduces the relationship among five variables including job stress,employee proactive behavior,job remodeling and leader-member exchange,puts forward hypotheses and constructs theoretical models.In chapter 4,based on existing research,appropriate scales,survey sites and survey objects were selected,questionnaires were issued for investigation,and first-hand questionnaire data were collected for analysis.In C hapter 5,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other tests are carried out on the sample data to verify whether the research hypothesis is valid.Chapter 6analyzes the content of the research hypothesis based on the empirical test results,draws the corresponding research conclusions,discusses the theoretical contribution and how the research results are applied in practice,and proposes t he limitations of the research and the possible development direction in the future.This study examines the mediating role of job remodeling in the relationship between challenge-obstructive stress and employee proactive behavior,and the moderating role of leader-member exchange.Based on cognitive interaction theory,self-determination theory,social information processing theory and other theories,SPSS and AMOS were used to conduct empirical analysis at the data level.The results show that:(1)challenging work stress can positively affect employees’ proactive behavior;(2)C hallenging pressure will promote employees to reshape their work;(3)C hallenging stress and obstructive stress significantly improved proactive behavior of employees through job remodeling;(4)Leader-member exchange moderated the relationship between obstructive stress and job remodeling.On the basis of this,constructive suggestions are put forward for the development of enterprises and employees to provide reference for theoretical discussion.
