| The effective operation of the quality management system is the care of the management system. It also is important method to improve both the project and working quality. Therefore, taking the project of semiconductor manufacturing industry as an example, author researches its quality management system and set up its project quality management assurance system to solve the problems that exits in management system currently. The application of the case will makes enterprises more efficiently, controllable, and will enable the enterprises have the ability of faster reaction and stronger implementation to win the advantages in the operation management.The whole thesis has four chapters:The first chapter introduces the back grounding and meaning of this study. Give the introduction about internal and external semiconductor industry development.The second chapter focuses on the method of quality management, project management and application tools, and analyzes the importance and possibility of project management implemented in semiconductor manufacturing improvement project.The third chapter introduces using process approach to divide semiconductor manufacturing project quality assurance system into three parts: COP (Customer Orientation Process), MOP (Management Orientation Process) and SOP (Support Orientation Process), and introduces these three processes content and their evaluation methods in detail.In fourth chapter, do detail study on the method to evaluate the effectiveness of semiconductor manufacturing project quality assurance system, including process control and quality audit.In the last, show project result and introduced continuous improvement.This may has some reference value for the management practice of the development project and the industrial. |
