With the improvement of economic level and the continuous diversification of information technology,fresh agricultural products have also begun to be sold through online platforms.More and more offline smart experience stores selling agricultural products and convenient smart vegetable markets have entered people’s daily life.The production and demand of fresh agricultural products in my country continue to increase with the growth of demand.But at the same time,the demand for agricultural products has surged,and many people began to "buy" and "stock up" on e-commerce platforms.During the Spring Festival,the average number of daily active users of fresh food e-commerce software has exceeded 10 million.After the Spring Festival Within two weeks,the number of active users even exceeded 12 million.The change in user habits caused by the epidemic has impacted the original fresh supply chain network.Due to the shortage of supply,some fresh products have been out of stock,but in some areas,due to untimely distribution,fresh products have been backlogged.Therefore,identifying risks in the fresh food supply chain in advance and making timely adjustments according to the characteristics of different supply chains are crucial to maintaining the overall stability of the fresh food market.Compared with the supply chain of other commodities,the fresh supply chain is more fragile and complex,so it is necessary to carry out relevant research on the targeted risk identification and assessment of the fresh supply chain.It is of great significance to accurately identify,evaluate and analyze supply chain hazards to improve the transportation efficiency of the supply chain and reduce the transportation cost of the supply chain.In order to identify the supply chain risks of fresh agricultural products in a targeted manner,this paper combines the social network analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process to analyze from two different perspectives: the influence of the supply chain risk factors themselves and the related influence.Analytical method,through association analysis,constructs the supply chain risk network of fresh agricultural products,identifies the key nodes that easily lead to other supply chain risks,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the susceptibility and harm of each risk factor one by one.The field research on the Dazeshan grape supply chain in Pingdu,and the use of two methods to assess the risk factors of the Dazeshan grape supply chain is of great significance to enhance the stability of the Dazeshan grape supply chain and increase farmers’ income.Through research,it is found that compared with ordinary goods that are easy to store and circulate,the main risk factors in the supply chain of fresh agricultural products are quite different,and the downstream risks of fresh agricultural products are more likely to affect the overall stability of the supply chain.Some supply chain risks are less harmful by themselves,but are easily linked to other supply chain risks.Enterprises related to the grape supply chain of Daze Mountain should carry out risk prevention according to the characteristics of the supply chain itself,not only to prevent the supply chain links that are likely to cause greater risks,but also to prevent the mutual influence of supply chain risks,from their own influence and related influence.Two aspects to prevent,so as to reduce the loss caused by accidental risks.
