Research On Intellectual Property Management Of L Municipal Government In Shandong Provinc

At present,in the context of economic globalization,the strategic position and influence of intellectual property rights in China’s development are becoming more and more prominent.However,due to the differences in regional development and the contribution of intellectual property rights to the regional economy,the governments of different regions have different awareness of intellectual property management,which in turn leads to different management capabilities.Especially in the second-tier cities and the following cities,the government has obvious deficiencies in IP management and needs to improve its management ability.This paper introduces the main contents,functions and principles of government IP management in detail based on the theoretical cornerstones of government function theory and new public service theory,and selects L city in Shandong province as the main research object,focusing on the basic situation of IP and the current situation of government IP management in L city.Through the research and analysis,it is found that there are problems such as insufficient policy supply,lack of professional management personnel,weak coordination of management departments and lagging intellectual property services in the practice of intellectual property management in L city government.Third,strengthen the construction of intellectual property talents and enhance the professional level;Fourth,build the intellectual property service system and improve the service capability;Fifth,build the intellectual property culture and create a good social atmosphere.I hope these suggestions can provide a way of thinking for L city to improve the government’s intellectual property management work.
