In the context of the transition of the domestic market economy,as the most important part of economic activity,the enterprise internal organization conflict becomes one of the most complicated problems in the process of enterprise transformation.Under the circumstance of the transition of planned economy to market economy,the traditional enterprises must adjust themselves to the macroscopic environment in order to survive.In the process of transformation,the problem of organizational conflict of enterprises in transition is gradually revealed.The enterprise need to continually cope with the challenges of conflict from all sides during the transition due to the changes of enterprise transition of external market environment,system regulations,social values,market demand and internal responsibility division of enterprises,organizational structure,control system,resources and interests,corporate culture,welfare and other internal and external factors,the environment conditions and factors that inspires organization conflict with the transformation of the enterprise has undergone fundamental changes,organizational conflicts are also subjected to these complex disturbances,ranging from the original single model to more complex and diverse.Enterprise transformation is a very important ordeal for enterprise's viability,the transformation of enterprises means that enterprises are gradually optimized in the transformation,select the essence the dross,to adapt to the new macro-market environment,meanwhile the enterprise transformation for its employees is also a very severe ordeal,the employees' behavioral consciousness,ideological attitude,working methods and so on are all need to change synchronously with the enterprise transformation.In the new era of market environment,the transformation of enterprises is a tough battle that with profound and comprehensive analysis of organizational conflict,exploring and researching into the direction of enterprise development in a simple and simple way,to form a complete set of internal conflict management system of enterprise plays an important theoretical and practical guiding significance.This article is in this background through a period of in-depth study,and combined with the domestic transformation of representative cases---"SIJI MICOE" to make analysis,through sorting and analysing the research results and references of the organization conflict management of domestic and overseas,and combined the investigation and research on the actual situation of enterprise conflict of "SIJI MICOE",to analysis the formation process,problem characteristics,manifestation,development trend and current situation of organizational conflict comprehensively,then through the dialectical way and from conflict inducement,the internal member's difference,the management system flaw as an entry point,to make a in-depth analysis for organizational conflict management,on the basis of grasping and in-depth analysis of the problem of organization conflict,establish training and compensation mechanisms and a harmonious enterprise culture,to improve the pressure management and effective emotion control system and the charismatic corporate leadership image to solve the tough problem in the process of enterprise conflict.
