Research On The Development Effect Evaluation And Policy Suggestion Of Rural Homestay Inn Industry In Xiapu County,Fu Jian Province

In recent years,with the development of China’s tourism industry and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the rural homestay the rural homestay inns have flourished.However,with the increase with the increase of rural homestay inns,problems such as disorderly competition,product homogeneity and incomplete infrastructure facilities have gradually emerged in the rural homestay inn industry,which have attract broad attention of the society.Our country and some regions have successively issued relevant policies to standardize and support the development of rural homestay inn.The rural homestay inn industry has obtained good development opportunities,and its development has brought a certain impact on local economy,community and culture.It is of great significance to evaluate the development effect of the rural homestay inn industry,but the current homestay-related evaluation index system cannot be directly applied to the evaluation of the development effect of the rural homestay inn industry.Therefore,it is necessary to build a set of evaluation index system for the development effect of the rural homestay inn industry.Based on the advantages of natural ecological resources,Xiapu County has explored and introduced standardized management methods and support policies for homestays,which has effectively promoted the development of the homestay inn industry.This is the first case in the Ningde area.Therefore,taking the development effect of the homestay inn industry in Xiapu County as the research object has certain typicality and representativeness.It is not just crucial to improve the development effect of the homestay inn industry in Xiapu County,but also provide great reference for other areas,especially less-developed areas,to develop rural homestay inn industry and boost rural revitalization.Based on AHP and Delphi method,this paper takes Xiapu County as an example to study the homestay inn.Firstly,through the literature review and on-the-spot visits,we will grasp the current situation of the development of the rural homestay inn industry in Xiapu County.Secondly,identifying and extracting the evaluation index system for the development effect of the rural homestay inn industry,there are 21 evaluation indicators in 6 aspects,including homestay inn development,ecological livability,cultural construction,social benefits,economic benefits,and policy support.Then design a questionnaire around this indicator.Thirdly,using the new public service theory and industrial policy theory,the questionnaire results are analyzed to explore the problems and reasons of the development effect of the rural homestay inn industry.Finally,based on the problems and causes,policy suggestions for improving the development effect of the homestay inn industry are put forward,including guiding and regulating the development of the homestay inn industry,improving the supporting infrastructure of homestays,construction and strengthening of ecological environment protection,stimulating the innovation vitality of homestay culture,promoting the participation of multiple subjects in homestays,and improving the overall quality of homestay practitioners,etc.
