With the continuous improvement and development of information infrastructure,the Internet and related Internet services have been deeply involved in all aspects of people’s lives,making the Internet industry a new driving force for China’s economic development.Under this background,China’s Internet companies have also developed rapidly.Due to the high degree of marketization in the Internet industry,enterprises have also entered an era of fiercest competition.Internet enterprises are talent-intensive enterprises,and the competition between Internet enterprises is to a large extent the competition of talents.Therefore,human resources management and performance evaluation for the management of human resources departments are becoming more and more critical in the current Internet enterprises,and the functional weight of the department is getting higher and higher.The performance evaluation system of the work of the human resources management department of an Internet company is an important management tool for judging its human resources management level,and it is also the primary management issue that Internet enterprises need to focus on in the face of external competition and their own long-term development planning.Due to the rapid development of China’s Internet industry from the rise to today,the process is too fast,the comprehensive accumulation time of the industry is relatively short,and there are many different traditional enterprises in the industry form and working methods.For Internet enterprises,there is relatively little research on the relevant supporting human resources management performance evaluation direction,which is not conducive to the improvement of their management level.In order to make a certain supplement to the research in this field,this paper takes the human resources management of H Internet Company as the research object.First of all,on the basis of summarizing the relevant theoretical literature at home and abroad,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various performance evaluation methods.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of Internet enterprises and the actual construction of H Internet company is based on organizational vitality,salary design satisfaction and talents.Quality training and improvement and traditional human resources functions,the four aspects of human resources management performance evaluation index system.Since then,the weight of each evaluation index has been measured and applied through the comprehensive method of hierarchical analysis and fuzzy evaluation.The construction of the system fits well with the situation of H Internet Company,and its performance evaluation results can reflect the current situation and problems.Finally,based on the performance evaluation results and the actual existence of human resources management in H Company.The question puts forward measures and suggestions for the improvement of organizational vitality,salary design satisfaction and talent quality training and improvement.The innovation of this article is:(1)In terms of research objects,this article is an overall performance evaluation of the human resources management effect of H Internet company.It is more targeted and is different from the performance evaluation of individuals or all departments.(2)In the application of research methods,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various major performance evaluation methods,uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process to determine the weight of human resources management performance evaluation indicators,and adopts fuzzy set operation processing and practical application evaluation results.In terms of research objects,content and methods,it has certain innovations.The research and application of human resources management performance evaluation provide some new perspectives and methods.
