The rapid development of economic integration process leads to the loss of competitive advantages that enterprises solely rely on resources.The competition among enterprises returns to the competition among people,and human resources become the core elements of enterprise development.As an important part of human resource management,performance management can stimulate the work efficiency of employees,improve the level of enterprise operation and management,and achieve the strategic goals.How to establish a scientific and reasonable performance management system is of great significance to enterprises.This paper takes CM company as the research object,studies and analyzes the current situation of CM company's performance management through text,questionnaire and interview,and summarizes the problems and reasons existing in CM company's performance management:First,the lack of comprehensive recognition and attention to performance management;Second,the formulation of performance plan is not comprehensive;Third,lack of communication during the formulation and implementation of the performance.Fourth,unreasonable application of the appraisal resul;Fifth,the lack of performance feedback.In view of the existing problems,combined with the relevant theories of performance management,MBO,KPI and BSC tools are comprehensively applied to propose a complete set of optimization design scheme to solve the problems one by one from the five stages of performance planning,performance management process control,performance assessment setting,performance interview feedback and performance result application.At the same time,safeguard measures are set for the implementation of the new scheme.This paper will combine theory with practice,take problem finding,analysis and solving as the Central Line,run the idea of fairness and justice through the whole optimization system,and establish a new performance management system of CM company.Meanwhile,the deficiencies of this paper will be reviewed and taken for further research.
