At present,we are in the era of digital economy.On the one hand,the digital effect is constantly released,and the market environment generally shows complex and dynamic characteristics.On the other hand,affected by the COVID-19 epidemic,the global economy has been destroyed,and many enterprises and departments have reduced their budgets and scales,which makes the development of enterprises in the new era require higher staff’s following power and initiative.This study explores the process and key influencing factors of positive followership traits on voice behavior(inhibitory voice and promoting voice),and tests the role of organizational identity and ethical leadership.Starting from the characteristics of personal follow-up,the research on voice behavior is expected to inspire managers to take measures to motivate employees’ voice behavior from a new perspective.On the basis of studying and sorting out the literature related to positive following traits,organizational identity,voice behavior and ethical leadership,starting from the trait view of following power,integrating social identity theory and trait activation theory to infer the relationship between variables,and constructing the theoretical model of this paper with 11 hypotheses.The questionnaire was compiled with the help of Maturity Scale.A total of 368 groups of data were collected,involving 50 teams.The data were processed by SPSS23.0and its Process plug-in and AMOS21.0 software.Based on reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the research conclusions were as follows:Employees’ positive followership traits can stimulate employees’ voice behavior;Organizational identity plays a partial intermediary role in this process;Ethics plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between employees’ positive followership traits and organizational identity,and the relationship between organizational identity and voice behavior.Finally,this study puts forward the following suggestions for the practice of enterprise management: First,select and appoint employees who are more in line with the positive followership traits,train employees in positive characteristics,and carry out related trait project activities;The second is to create a good organizational atmosphere,and create an open organizational environment and ethical atmosphere suitable for suggestions through safety management and humanistic care;Third,change leadership thinking,pay attention to the positive role of ethical leadership in special period,and guide employees’ positive attitude and behavior;Fourthly,cultivate and enhance employees’ organizational identity,improve employees’ participation and cultural identity to the enterprise.
