Study On Influencing Factors Of Corn Income Insurance For Farmers In Tong Liao City,Inner Mongolia

Corn is the largest food crop in China and plays an important role in national food security.At the same time,corn is widely used,plays an important role in food,economy and feeding plays an important role in the national economy.After the central government put forward the reform plan of agricultural income insurance,it began to carry out the pilot of corn income insurance in individual regions,which means that the corn income insurance,which can effectively guarantee the stable development of the corn industry,has been supported by the policy and entered the exploration stage.Corn income insurance can effectively realize agricultural risk transfer and is also an important protection measure for the stable development of agriculture in China.Zha Lu Te banner through the implementation of the policy insurance in corn income insurance,effectively avoid natural disasters and the market price fluctuations on the impact of agricultural production,improve the ability of farmers to the disaster,to reduce the loss caused by the market price fluctuations,enhance the ability of farmers to withstand market risks,guarantee the production efficiency of agriculture,improve the whole income of the farmers,Effectively preventing farmers and herdsmen from returning to poverty due to disasters.First,Through literature review and theoretical basis,this thesis briefly describes the importance of corn income insurance for agricultural production and stable income of farmers,and analyzes the development of corn income insurance in the current pilot areas and summarizes the problems.Such as working mechanism construction is not perfect,policy publicity is not in place.Second,In this thesis,132 data of farmers were obtained through the questionnaire survey in Zha Lu Te Banner of Tong Liao City in the early stage,and statistical analysis was carried out according to the personal characteristics of farmers and basic family information,farmers’ corn planting situation,farmers’ income situation,farmers’ cognition and satisfaction of corn income insurance.10 independent variables were selected for empirical analysis and the final results were obtained.The age of farmers has a significant positive impact on whether farmers buy insurance,while the number of years of farming,the number of family labor force and the planting area have a significant negative impact on whether farmers buy insurance.Third,Through empirical analysis,the influencing factors affecting farmers’ purchase of corn income insurance are concluded and suggestions are put forward in order to improve the participation rate of corn income insurance in Zhalut Banner.
