| Agricultural enterprises are related to the development of agriculture,farmers’ income and local economy,but also the tandem carrier of agriculture,industry and market.Promoting the continuous improvement of the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises is related to the current and future period,and the acceleration of rural revitalization.At present,agricultural enterprises in Sichuan still have a series of bottleneck problems in the process of sustainable management and development,growing bigger and stronger,resulting in insufficient competitiveness,such as weak innovation and development ability,insufficient brand development ability of leading enterprises,low level of agriculture in the joint agricultural belt,and inaccurate positioning of industrial management and development.For a long time,due to the influence of natural environmental and social and historical factors such as topography and climate characteristics,the economic and agricultural industry development of each county in Liangshan Prefecture has presented such problems as unbalanced and inadequate development among counties,low level of agricultural industry development,and serious homogenization of agricultural industry.With the appearance of the outstanding problems in the agricultural development in liangshan prefecture agricultural enterprises also are not allowed to be exposed in market-oriented development,Lian Nong belt agriculture level is not high,such outstanding problems as characteristic industry business development is not strong,this needs and necessary by choosing typical case analysis research,forming theory,promote the development of yi district agricultural enterprises to form competitive advantage,We will comprehensively promote rural revitalization and high-quality development of the county economy.This paper takes Meigu County of Liangshan Prefecture as the research object.It is located in the hinterland of Daliang Mountain.The Yi accounts for more than 98% of the total population of the county.It is the most typical key county in the Yi community,and the most representative county in the Yi community.This paper adopts the method of literature research,interview research and strategic analysis,pays attention to the current situation,and adheres to the problem-oriented,to study the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises in Sichuan Yi inhabited areas.Through the introduction of the status quo,find out the development of agricultural enterprises in Meigu County.Based on Porter’s diamond theory model,this paper analyzes four basic factors,namely "production factors","demand conditions","enterprise strategic structure and competition" and "related industry",and two auxiliary factors,namely "opportunity" and "government",to specifically study the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises in Meigu County.Based on the comparative analysis with Sichuan Minority autonomous counties and other counties in Liangshan Zhou,Found its agricultural enterprise competitiveness present "advanced factors of production elements of talent in cultivating shortage" "requirements of green agricultural product development there is lack of" "industries and supporting industries asset management insufficient standard" insufficient development of Yi ethnic characteristic brand strategy "and" "enterprise development the overall environment remains to be further strengthen" the main problem,combined with the diamond model and comparative analysis,The reasons are as follows: "talent recruitment measures are not strong enough","technical support to meet market demand is not enough","productive input in infrastructure is not enough","planning and construction of related industries are not enough","government strategic drive and macro control are not enough".Based on the theory of diamond model elements needs guidance and solve the problems of the practical difficulties,based on the sichuan yi district agricultural enterprise development and macro policy guidance of practice,concluded that the sichuan yi district agricultural enterprises development strengths,weaknesses,sharp and needs to strengthen poverty crucial achievements,promote rural revitalization of developing agricultural enterprise competitiveness,We will focus on the following five areas: first,we will continue to give full play to our advantages in endowment of factors of production;Second,it is demand-oriented to promote institutional upgrading;Third,to enhance the help to do better related industries;Fourth,strengthen the strategic drive to enhance the stretching power;Fifth,we will strengthen the foundation to address risks and challenges. |
