Performance management plays an important part in human resource management.Under the influence of various factors such as industrial differences,development degree,region and external environment,performance management models are diversified.Due to the different scientific degree of establishment and the different degree of feedback,performance management will play a very different role in the development of enterprises.Have the characteristics of employees high density of the manufacturing industry,from product development to the quality control and transport,from the market development to product sales and service,all need to enterprise employees at all levels to work together,will be based on the reality of enterprises,continue to optimize the performance management system,to improve the efficiency of the enterprise management plays an important role,The research on continuous optimization performance management system for manufacturing industry is of great significance.In this thesis,the performance management system of Z Company,a plastic pipe manufacturing enterprise,is taken as the research object,and the existing problems are identified through scientific application methods:inaccurate positioning of performance objectives,lack of coordination in performance implementation process,lack of fairness in performance appraisal,and insufficient application of performance results,resulting in inefficient operation,insufficient development motivation and difficult realization of strategic objectives.Firstly,this thesis sorts out the literature research on performance management and strengthens the theoretical basis.Secondly,through on-the-spot investigation of Z Company,through questionnaires and interviews with employees of various departments,the related data are summarized and analyzed.According to the actual situation of the enterprise,an optimization method based on performance management is put forward.Firstly,the principles and ideas of performance design are defined.Secondly,based on the principle of "KPI+360 degrees",the performance index system is given.Third,comprehensively optimize the design of the assessment operation system.Fourthly,broaden the application field of performance result feedback system.Finally,establish complete organizational,cultural and institutional safeguards to ensure the effectiveness of the performance management optimization scheme.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows:First,performance management system and corporate strategic objectives support and influence each other.Performance management is to decompose the strategic objectives and guide,supervise,evaluate and promote the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise.At the same time,the enterprise strategy also points out the direction for the effective implementation of performance management.Secondly,a scientific performance management system needs to be diversified and systematic.In order to avoid the phenomenon of partial coverage,both quantitative and qualitative functions should be taken into account.Then,through continuous feedback and adjustment,the best performance management plan suitable for the development of enterprises should be sought.Finally,the purpose of this study is based on the research of the Z company performance management system,improve staff quality,from the individual potential,the pursuit of individual progress and the development of the organization together,in the enterprise strategic target of performance management in agreement with the proper role,as the research give some reference to promote the competitiveness of the enterprise management methods.
