Rising steadily along with our country economy, the high speed development of real estate industry, the plastic pipe industry in our country also entered a period of rapid development. The competition between plastic pipe enterprises is intense. In the current completion, how to play their own advantages and achieve sustainable development advantage of company’s competitive position, is the problem need to think about.Corporate marketing strategy is the core part of the enterprise develop strategy. Through the study of current situation of the development of the enterprise, the internal and external environment, to find suitable for their own development of marketing strategy, make the enterprise grasp the initiative in the intense market, obtain steady development. Studying the plastic pipe enterprise marketing strategy has very important practical significance for industry enterprises.Based on the marketing and strategic management theory, using the method of SWOT, PEST environmental analysis, to analyze and research the plastic pipe industry market demand, current development situation and future development trend.
