In recent years,with the popularization of network technology and mobile communication technology,Internet finance continues to innovate and develop rapidly,which impacts on all kinds of business of traditional commercial banks in China.In this context,in 2017,China Construction Bank established the network financial business department.From branches to outlets,we all know the importance of online finance business,but we seldom see the shadow of the online finance department in the important moments such as the operation analysis meeting and the commendation meeting.Internet finance is very important to say,not important to do,busy to put aside.This reflects that the secondary branches do not pay attention to and recognize the network financial business,which is closely related to the current performance evaluation index system of the network financial business.The current assessment indicators basically follow a set of contents of the original e-banking department,which do not match the development of the current network financial business,which is not conducive to the healthy development of the network financial business and needs to be optimized.Firstly,this paper summarizes and collates the literature about the performance evaluation of commercial banks to lay a theoretical foundation.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of network financial business performance evaluation system of Hami branch.Then,it uses SWOT analysis to clarify the strategic goal of the development of network financial business.Finally,according to the strategic objectives and shortcomings of the construction of new evaluation indicators,so as to optimize the performance evaluation system of the network financial business.It is hoped that this set of indicators will guide employees to change their business philosophy,set up the Internet thinking of network marketing,truly change the network financial channel service to operate for customers,and improve the overall efficiency of China Construction Bank.
