Performance management is an important part of human resource management in enterprises.The quality of performance management plays a vital role in the development of enterprises.In the work of performance management,performance appraisal is an important link,which plays a huge role in exerting the enthusiasm of employees and improving the work efficiency of all employees,and can also bring benefits to enterprises.In addition,it also helps to form a fair and just management environment within the enterprise.A Trading Company is A small and medium-sized enterprise engaged in the sales of auto parts,auto decoration supplies,tires,rubber products and metal materials,as well as information services on the Internet platform.A Trading Company has formulated A performance appraisal program according to its own strategic objectives,so as to guide the staff of the department to make more efforts and progress according to the development direction of the company.However,while the performance appraisal program makes contributions to the development of the company,it also has some inevitable problems.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize and improve the performance appraisal plan,so as to make it A set of performance appraisal plan that not only conforms to the actual situation,but also is conducive to the competition of A Trading Company.This paper takes A trading company’s performance appraisal scheme as the research object.First,it introduces the basic situation of A trading company’s organizational structure and personnel structure,and introduces the performance appraisal scheme of A trading company at the present stage from the aspects of performance appraisal process,method and application of results.Secondly,through the way of questionnaire,gathered the staff performance appraisal satisfaction assessment for A trading company,according to the survey found that A trade company has many problems in performance appraisal scheme,the existence of these problems seriously limits the level of A trading company performance evaluation scheme and effect,the need to be resolved;Thirdly,according to the problems existing in the performance appraisal scheme of A Trading Company,the performance appraisal optimization scheme based on 360 Du is proposed,the objectives to be achieved in the performance appraisal are clarified,and the content is improved,and the scientific allocation calculation is carried out around the weight of the assessment indicators.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of A Trading Company’s performance appraisal optimization plan,this paper puts forward targeted safeguard measures from four aspects:optimizing organizational structure,implementing publicity and communication,formulating targeted system guarantee plan and establishing A matching cultural atmosphere.
