With the economic development and social progress, human resources has become a sustainable resource. For a business or even the whole society, the talent is an extremely important and irreplaceable capital. To well manage and cultivate the talent of the company, and to establish a high-effective, competitive, continuous improving employee team, the company need to emphasize the employee incentive issue, to arouse the employee enthusiasm and creation, prompt the company competitive.In this paper, taking the H Bank Dalian Branch employee incentive for the study object, first of all, through the basic theory related incentive system, in-depth study to clarify the characteristics and needs of employees, employee incentives clearly affected. In practice, the research process, using questionnaires, individual conversations, track inspection methods to analyze the H Bank Dalian Branch staff profiles naturally clear the branch staff satisfaction with the current incentive system, analyzes the current pay system branches, actual welfare system, training system, career planning and job promotion and development, performance management and other aspects. The main reason of the above incentive problem of H Bank Dalian Branch comes from the heat industry competition of the area and the inner defective incentive regulation. On the basis of the H Bank Dalian Branch employee situation, problems and cause analysis on the proposed optimization H Bank Dalian Branch staff incentive system program to perfect in terms of compensation, benefits, training, performance appraisal, mental stimulation, etc., in addition to attention to the variety of incentives, and the formation of long-term mechanism of employee incentive.
