As a local state-owned small and medium-sized travel agency,HQ Travel Agency has been facing the problems of low enthusiasm and high mobility of tour guides in the development process in recent years,and has also been complained by tourists many times.The most important factor is the salary of tour guides.In addition,the COVID-19 has also had a great impact on the income of the travel agency and tour guides.In this context,in order to better serve tourists and the sustainable and good development of travel agencies,it is necessary to optimize the salary management of tour guides in HQ Travel Agency and solve the existing problems.Guided by the salary management theory,based on the summary of the current situation of the salary management of tour guides in HQ Travel Agency,this thesis finds that there are several problems in the salary management of tour guides in HQ Travel Agency,such as the lack of market competitiveness of salary level and the failure of salary structure arrangement to adjust the enthusiasm of employees.The causes of the problem are not only internal factors such as the failure to carry out post evaluation of tour guides,but also external factors such as the impact of COVID-19.Then,based on the application of factor counting method to build the post evaluation model of tour guides,this thesis optimizes the salary management scheme of tour guides from the aspects of salary management system and salary management process,and expounds the corresponding guarantee measures from the perspective of the implementation of commission system.By constructing the post evaluation model of tour guides,this paper establishes the optimization scheme of tour guide salary management of HQ Travel Agency based on post evaluation.The optimization scheme also fully considers the background of normalized prevention and control in the post epidemic era,and can solve the problems existing in the current salary management of tour guides in the travel agency.It has important practical significance for improving the enthusiasm of tour guides and tourist satisfaction,expanding the business scale and profit space of HQ Travel Agency,and also has certain reference significance for other travel agencies.
