According to the ranking of the world tourism organization tourism marketing by 2015, China is expected to become the world's largest inbound tourism country, however, the continuous development of tourism has produced many problems. Tour guide, as an important productivity, is one of the first human resources and enterprise core competitiveness of travel agencies. To measure a travel agency success, traffic and revenue, the tour guide is the key point.At present, how to ensure the stability of the guide's personnel, how to keep the maximum possible reducing the turnover rate of guide's personnel, both of all have become a serious problem to every travel agency human resources management to deal with it,and it also affected the sustainable development of the travel agency. Based on G travel agency tour guides turnover problems, a comprehensive analysis of the cause of brain drain in tourism industry, find out the crux of the problem, from two aspects of human resource management and incentive mechanism to seek countermeasures.In order to find the real reason clearly, we use the three parties:questionnaire investigation, comparative research, the internal and external environment analysis.For the current salary system and other travel grant bonuses, staffing, scheduling, etc of satisfaction survey, and for the implementation of incentive salary system support, through the investigation of the above a series of data sorting, analysis, integration, comparison, induction, lays the foundation for the implementation of the new system in the future.Through to the development of foreign mature travel agency and the understanding of the guide's personnel management system, comparing with domestic tour guide management system analysis, find the problem, complement each other to solve the problem.Analysis of external and internal environment of target groups, discussion and analysis of internal and external environment on the influence degree of the target problem, put forward argument.It is hoped that through new countermeasures to avoid more guide's losing problem in G travel agency, but also it could used in the same industry widely. So as to fundamentally improve the guide's personnel instability nature of work, improve work enthusiasm to bring new development and tour industry. Once we could solve the problem of loss of tour guide reasonable and combine with the travel agency for management team, the development of the travel agency will get a qualitative leap.
