Study On Optimization Of Land Management In The Process Of Urbanization In Jiangdu District,Yangzhou

Land is a non-renewable resource in human activities,very precious.On the one hand,land use needs to meet the needs of contemporary economic and social development.On the other hand,we should know how to cherish and rationally arrange land resources,further safeguard agricultural land,and guard the bottom line of 1.8 billion mu of agricultural land,effectively protect the "Rice Bowl" of our 1.3 billion people.This makes land use management become the important content and difficult problem of urban sustainable development.As an important area of Y city in central Jiangsu province,the scientific research on land use management optimization in Y city reveals the relationship between land use management and socio-economic behavior,in order to further optimize the land use management to lay the foundation,promoted the Y area relatively limited land resources protection work,in order to further realize the sustainable development of land resources escort,it also provides some references for the analysis and optimization of regional land use management similar to the situation in y district of y city.This paper applies the theories of sustainable development,ecological economics,location advantage and system management.By means of literature analysis,data statistical analysis and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes and studies the present situation of land use management in Y district.The main conclusions are as follows:The main characteristics of the land use structure in area J are that the land use rate is not low but there is still space to be used;the proportion of agricultural land is large but the per capita area of cultivated land is small;and the output rate of construction land is higher than other land types.The main characteristics of land use structure change in J district are that the total area of agricultural land is decreasing,the amount of construction land,urban village and industrial and mining land is increasing,and the increase is slow The area of unused land showed a downward trend.According to the current situation of land use,the characteristics of land use structure change and the overall characteristics of land use management in J District,the main problems of land use management in J district are analyzed,the land use organization is lack of system,the land use control is not in place.In the final analysis,it is a common feature of the same kind of regions in China,mainly because of the untimely adjustment of land use management planning,the unsound mechanism of land use management system,the insufficient investment in land use management resources,and so on.In the light of the existing problems in District J,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving land use management,such as improving the scientific nature of land use management planning,perfecting the system and mechanism of land use management,improving the management of land use,We will increase the input of resources from basic departments of land use management.These measures will alleviate the existing problems of land use management in area J to some extent.
