F Company Uses SPC To Improve The Quality Research Of The Production Process Of The Laptop’s Top Cover

Quality control is a part of quality management,it is committed to meet the quality requirements,such as quality inspection,internal audit and so on are part of the quality control.Quality control is a very important part in the whole quality management,its main role is monitoring and feedback.Lack of quality control will make it easy for customers to receive products that do not meet their requirements,leading to customer complaints,and at the same time,the enterprise will lose the opportunity for improvement and continuous promotion.And SPC is one of the effective means to implement quality control.Through the investigation and analysis of the problems existing in F Company’s current production quality control,this paper finds out the reasons leading to poor product quality,and puts forward the scheme of introducing SPC to implement quality control.In the process of implementing SPC project,the concept of PDCA was introduced to ensure the orderly introduction of SPC.Firstly,the quality objectives of the implementation of SPC project were determined,the implementation plan was made,SPC related concept training was carried out on staff,and the implementation process of SPC was established to provide basic conditions for the implementation of SPC.In the implementation stage,the key control characteristics are determined first,and the MSA method is used to analyze and improve the key characteristics measurement system to ensure the accuracy of SPC data acquisition.Next,the implementation of SPC is illustrated by two key characteristics of the thickness and size of the rotating shaft and three kinds of injuries(damage,scratch,dent).Then,the process ability is improved by means of fishbone diagram analysis,so that the process is in a technically controlled state.It has been confirmed that during the implementation of SPC,the lot reject rate of SI is reduced from about 15% before improvement to about 5%,and the first pass yield is increased from about 81% before improvement to about 89%.The improvement effect is obvious.In this thesis,from the perspective of production process quality control,through the use of SPC,MSA,PDCA,CPK and other theoretical tools to control the key quality characteristics of products,increased yield,reduced costs,improved the competitiveness of the company.This practice has certain reference significance for the application and promotion of SPC in other projects of the company and the implementation of SPC in other similar enterprises.
