A Study On The Supply Side Structural Reform And Its Value In China

Supply-side structural reform is an important measure for China to adapt to the new normal of development.In the current tide of a new round of global scientific and technological revolution,China should timely change the way of its economic development and seize the opportunity to achieve high-quality development.In the new era,China has effectively implemented supply-side structural reform,which has provided a strong endogenous impetus for the high-quality development of China’s economy.The research content of this paper is mainly divided into four parts: The first part is a systematic review of the background of China’s supply-side structural reform.This paper will elaborate the background of China’s supply-side structural reform in two aspects: on the one hand,China’s economic development has entered a new stage;On the other hand,China’s development has entered the new normal.The second part discusses the internal relationship between Marxist political economics and China’s supply-side structural reform and the absorption of western economic ideas from China’s supply-side structural reform.First,it analyzes China’s supply-side structural reform from the perspective of Marxist political economics,and discusses the supply-demand theory in Marxist political economics followed by China’s supply-side structural reform Production and consumption theory and labor value theory;Secondly,explain the relevant theories of western economics related to China’s supply-side structural reform.The third part analyzes the connotation and policy measures of China’s supply-side structural reform,which mainly includes improving the quality of the supply system,adjusting the economic structure,optimizing the allocation of production factors,and "removing,reducing,and supplementing".In terms of practical measures,the first is to enhance total factor productivity;The second is to improve the innovation ability in the production process by tapping the new economic growth point,combining innovation with science and education,and improving the system guarantee;Thirdly,it expounds how to use "Internet+" to promote China’s supply-side structural reform in the new era;Finally,improve the quality of the development of the real economy and lay a solid foundation for China’s supply-side structural reform.The fourth part discusses the era value of China’s supply-side structural reform.This paper not only expounds the close relationship between China’s supply-side structural reform and the basic principles of Marxism in the new era,but also discusses the era value of China’s supply-side structural reform.Although China’s supply-side structural reform theory has some connection with the western supply-side school,it is two essentially different economic development theories.Schumpeter’s innovation theory,coordinated development theory,macro intervention theory and relevant theories of the supply school of western economics have been absorbed by China’s supply-side structural reform.Since the background,guiding ideology and fundamental purpose of the supply-side structural reform in the West are fundamentally different from those in China,China’s supply-side structural reform,while absorbing the relevant theories of western economics,also expounds the unique characteristics of China’s supply-side structural reform.
